Lovely modern apartment right on the front line of the sea in Los Cristianos. Quiet, very private, with great Sea Views, close to all local amenities. English & Spanish bars and restaurants, Iceland & Hiperdino Supermarkets within 50 metres from the front door. The perfect place to kick back and relax, small terrace to eat and drink overlooking the harbour. English & Spanish television, and internet access.Beautiful Spacious bathroom with walk in shower and Bidet.Large double bed, and plenty of storage for your holiday items in the bedroom.New Swimming Pool area completed in 2014. Snooker and Pool Games room in the complex.

“Beautiful apartment with stunning views”

I have stopped at several apartments in Los Cristianos but none have had such lovely views over the sea and marina. It’s a little more expensive but worth pushing the boat out that extra mile or two to stay in a nice comfortable apartment, remember you only get what you pay for. Whenever I visit Los Cristianos I will always try to book this apartment. It’s a perfect location for those who have a mobility problem, nice and flat. Not important but a few nice pictures on the walls would add to a touch of class. Finally I think the lovely walk in shower needs a grab handle as the shower tray can become very slippery. My thanks to Angie for letting your apartment to us. Jim & Barbara.

Owner's reply: Hi Yvonne, Thanks for your review, I am glad you enjoyed the location, it is a shame you experienced the ants, however, if food is left out on counters or dirty dishes in the sink, this is quite normal that ants appear, as it is a subtropical climate. We have never had an issue with ants before and the entire block is fumigated 4 times a year for insects due to the climate. We have since treated the ants, as we found them there after your departure. I apologise that I never responded to your email, however, it did not reach my inbox, I wish you had of sent a phone message or called me. I hope that we see you return the next time you visit the island. I have taken on board the utensils, and will double check everything and replenish where necessary. Take care, Angie

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angie (the owner) a message.

If Angie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
