Bright, daylight filled, 5th and last floor apartment (Garrett 5A) set on a building with a total of 4 vacation rentals properties. Is located on Rua Garrett, one of the most important streets of historic Lisbon, has a privilege situation in the heart of the cultural and historical part of the city (Chiado).

Very close to several museums, operas, theaters and churches. A few minutes walk takes you to the Rossio, in the Baixa, and to the Elevador da Lavra. The other direction, you will reach the Praca Luis Camoes, which is located in the center of the Portuguese old empire near the river Tejo (Tagus). To go to Sintra or to Óbidos.

Chiado is considered the most beautiful area of historical Lisbon. It was a place of residence of the Portuguese royalty and of the political and cultural elites. Nearby is the theater S. Luis and the opera D. Carlos.

Close to shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, cash machine, public transportation (subway and electric trams) and 24 hour taxi stands, etc.

A little further up on the left is Bairro Alto, picturesque but raffish; part of Lisbon's nightlife seems to be concentrated in this quarter, which was frequented to hear the sentimental 'fados' sung in certain restaurants and cafes, Chiado and Bairro Alto are "the" meeting point for locals and tourists, with elegant hotels, and the best international fashion shops nearby.

Accommodation comprises one bedroom with a queen size bed, a second room with 2 single beds, living room with dining and sitting areas, two full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has air-conditioning and central heating in all the rooms. This privileged location offers easy access by foot to the subway (Chiado/Baixa station - 50 m).

We have 3 other apartments on the same building: another 2 bedrooms apt. and 2 apts with 1 bedroom. So we can accommodate a large family group at this building.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chiado Apartments (the owner) a message.

If Chiado Apartments (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
