In einem ehemaligen Herrenhaus mit einer unverbaubaren Aussicht auf Parpaner Rothorn, Lenzerhorn und die umliegende Bergwelt können Sie vom Alltag abschalten und Ihre Seele baumeln lassen – mit viel Platz für sich und Ihre Familie und Freunde.
Über insgesamt vier Stockwerke verteilt geniessen Sie das Flair der charmanten Villa, die im Jahr 1952 erbaut wurde. Im Untergeschoss lädt ein grosses, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Doppelzimmer dazu ein, die Auszeit in den Bergen zu geniessen. Das eigene moderne Badezimmer mit separater Dusche mit Regenwalddusche und Duschsäule sowie Badewanne und WC hat einen direkten Zugang vom Zimmer. Vom grossen Doppelbett aus blicken Sie in die Natur und können dem Sonnenaufgang über den Bergspitzen zusehen.
Ebenfalls im Untergeschoss finden Sie ein Gäste-WC und die Laundry sowie die grosse Garage, in der bequem zwei Autos Platz finden. Falls Sie mit mehreren Fahrzeugen anreisen, so können Sie den Platz vor der Garage als zusätzliche Parkfläche nutzen.
Im Erdgeschoss empfängt Sie der grosse Wohn-/Essbereich mit stilvollem Kamin und einer fantastischen Aussicht auf die Lenzerheidner Bergwelt. In klaren Nächten leuchten unzählige Sterne über den Bergspitzen und laden zum Träumen ein. Sie möchten lieber "Sterngucker" sein und sich die Sterne vom Himmel holen? Ein grosses Teleskop bringt Sie Ihren Träumen ein Stückchen näher. Am prasselnden Kaminfeuer können Sie die Erlebnisse des Tages Revue passieren lassen. Die nebenan liegende Küche lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen ein – ein alter Holzofen lässt Erinnerungen an die alten, herrschaftlichen Zeiten wachwerden. Wer die moderne Art zu kochen bevorzugt, der findet selbstverständlich alle Annehmlichkeiten der heutigen Zeit vor: Vom Glaskeramikkochfeld über Backofen und Geschirrspüler finden Sie alles, was das Herz begehrt. Ein Abstellraum sowie ein weiteres WC finden Sie ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss.
Im ersten Obergeschoss laden insgesamt drei Doppelzimmer zum Schlafen und Träumen mit Aussicht ein. Das erste Doppelzimmer besticht durch einen integrierten Waschplatz sowie eine Badewanne und ein eigenes WC mit direktem Zugang vom Zimmer aus. Das zweite Doppelzimmer verfügt über ein modernes, geschmackvolles Badezimmer mit Badewanne und direktem Zugang vom Zimmer. Dem dritten Doppelzimmer steht das nebenanliegende, moderne Bad mit Duschwanne und WC zur Verfügung. Alle Doppelzimmer sind behaglich eingerichtet, viel Holz sorgt für wohlige Wärme. Und bei allen Schlafzimmern ist der Blick auf die Bergwelt das erste, was Sie am Morgen sehen, wenn Sie nach einer erholsamen Nacht die Augen aufschlagen.
Im Dachgeschoss warten zwei weitere Doppelzimmer auf Sie. Beide Zimmer haben ein Lavabo integriert und auch hier geniessen Sie die traumhafte Aussicht. Ein Spielbereich mit Flipperautomat und Tischfussball sowie weiteren Spielmöglichkeiten sorgt für Abwechslung. Ebenso steht Ihnen ein weiteres Gäste-WC zur Verfügung. Neben den atemberaubenden Aussichten und dem grossen Balkon mit Zugang von den Schlafzimmern im ersten Obergeschoss sowie der grossen Terrasse im Erdgeschoss können Sie den grossen Garten, der zum Anwesen gehört, geniessen. A propos geniessen: Eine grosszügige Grillstelle steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Im Winter haben Sie die Skipiste vor der Haustür und auch der Sessellift Tgantieni liegt in direkter Nähe. Im Sommer laden zahlreiche Aktivitäten von Wandern über Mountainbike und Schwimmen bis hin zu Golfen ein. In diesem Ferienhaus können Sie ganz in Ruhe die Natur geniessen. Möchten Sie das Dorfleben von Lenzerheide erleben, gelangen Sie entweder mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten ins Dorf oder Sie nehmen den Sportbus, der in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar ist.
