From the owner

Entrance gates with intercom lead into a walled courtyard with sparkling 8 x 4 private pool and spacious sunbathing area on stone flagged terrace. Long tiled verandah with overhead fans and heavy timber furniture for al fresco dining beside outdoor pizza oven and traditionally built barbecue. Flagged pathway beside graveled beds containing lemon, mandarin, plum and fig trees lead to herb garden in rear courtyard with a laundry area with outside toilet and shower room.

Inside the Villa has 2 interior bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with ample storage, both upstairs bedrooms have large balconies accessed by french doors with outdoor seating and tables.

Villa Suzannah is situated in a quiet road in the seaside village of Lendinuso and just 250 metres from the beach, ice cream parlours, cafes and amenities.

Lendinuso also has a first-aid centre, 2 small supermarkets, butchers, grocers & fishmongers (in season) numerous other shops and a year round fresh bakery and delicatessen.

Interaction with guest

We supply full arrival details and directions, GPS co-ordinates and 2 sets of mobile phone numbers one month prior to your arrival and holiday commencement. On the day of your arrival we will be waiting at the property to greet you, explain about the Villa and the surrounding area and hand over the keys to you. During your holiday, as we live locally nearby, we are always on hand if required to help out with any unforseen occurences, or to offer recommendations and advise if requested. We also manage unobtrusive regular pool maintenace and a weekly bed clothe and towel change during your holiday. ( if for 2 weeks or more). When your holiday draws to a close we meet you at the villa to thank you, wish you bon voyage and take back the keys.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richard & Noirin (the owner) a message.

If Richard & Noirin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
