From the owner

The apartment is located in a small and quiet complex a few minutes walk from the city centre of Lazise and Lake Garda

Our apartment are on two levels, on the first floor is the entrance the living and a fully equipped kitchen, one sofa, TV , one double bedroom with bathroom and a balcony with little table.

On the second floor on the loft is the other sleeping room, the second bathroom TV SAT,DVD and a little terrace lake view.

Leading from the living room a spacious balcony with stunning lake view, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

Air conditioning is separated on the two levels, all rooms have the balcony where you see the lake.

The residence benefits from it own private pool, with a little garden, shallow and perfect for the children.

Our apartment has easy access to all amenities , including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent bars, restaurants and pizzerias for eating out. Summer are ideal for holidays and swim into the lake.

Spring and Autumn are ideal to visit this area when weather is warm and the natural color of the nature are at the top.

Every year we renovate part of the furniture and accessories to make the stay more pleasant to our guests.

WI-FI is available in the apartment for e-mail and internet, not available for streeming, download and play online.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
