Situé dans un Domaine viticole privé dans une foret de Pins, entouré de vignes et avec vue sur les Montagnes Noires, cet appartement privé spacieux a été complètement rénové avec goût en 2013 pour donner un confort moderne tout en conservant ses qualités d'origine, comprenant poutres exposées et sol en terra cota frais l'été. Nouveau sur le marché depuis Mars 2013, bien que Les Pins soit situé dans un endroit magnifique et tranquille, il est très près de villages pittoresques avec toutes les commodités (Caunes, Peyriac, Rieux). Il est situé à juste 20 minutes de la fameuse Cité Médiévale de Carcassonne, à proximité de deux lacs de loisirs (Lac de Jouarres et de La Cavayere Carcassonne Plage) qui permettent la baignade et toute sorte d'activités nautiques. Seulement à 50 minutes des belles plages de sable fin de Narbonne et Gruissan, avec des activités de windsurf, kitesurf, jet ski et catamaran.

En plus de Carcassonne et sa magnifique Cité Médiévale (son feu d'artifice du 14 juillet est réputé dans le monde entier), les visites obligatoires comprennent Narbonne, 40mn, Minerve et sa Cité, 20 mn, le fameux Canal du Midi, 15mn, idéal pour les promenades en péniche ou ballades en vélo le long du canal. Des vacances idéales pour les amoureux de la nature, d'histoire, du vin, les marcheurs et les cyclistes. Les Pins est également une bonne base de départ pour ceux qui veulent découvrir et déguster les délicieux vins du Minervois et des Corbières. En effet l'endroit est entouré de nombreux Châteaux et de centres de dégustation/bar à vins.

Les sportifs apprécieront les ballades en vélo VTT (fournis gratuitement) au milieu des vignes et dans la foret, les sports nautiques comme le canoë sur lac ou rivière, windsurf et kitesurf près de Narbonne ou Leucate, clubs de tennis de qualité a proximité, couvert et découvert, ainsi que plusieurs centres d'équitation et bien sur le fameux Golf de Carcassonne, avec son restaurant réputé. Un magnifique centre aquatique, avec grandes piscines extérieures et interieures, sauna, hammam, et cours aquatique, les Bains de Minerve, a récemment ouvert à 5 mn en voiture, à Peyriac Minervois.

Pour les gourmands, il y a un grand choix de bars, restaurants de cuisine locale, pizzerias et tapas bar dans les villages avoisinant et bien sur à Carcassonne ou Narbonne. Supermarchés ouvert 7/7, ainsi que excellents bouchers et boulangeries, coiffeurs, banques, docteurs, dentistes, vétérinaires et pharmacies, le tout à 5 minutes en voiture.

    L'appartement est totalement indépendant avec son entrée séparée. Toutes les chambres ont des stores occultant. Des toilettes sont disponibles dans la salle de bain a l'intérieur et sur le palier près de l'entrée. Les villages sont tous a 5mn en voiture. C'est pour cela que les vacanciers viennent ici en pleine campagne avec seulement le bruit des cigales et des oiseaux. Peut être choisir un gîte en ville si vous n'aimez pas prendre la voiture la prochaine fois ?

    How do damage deposits work?
