Comfortable apartment on the south coast of Tenerife, in the quiet and non-tourist area of El Fraile. The prices of food and entertainment in this town are much lower than in tourist towns. The distance to Reina Sofia airport ~ 15 km, to Los Cristianos ~ 10 km, to the nearest beaches (Los Enojados or Las Galletas) - about 1 km. At less than 100 meters there is a nice park to walk with a playground, a health center, a sports center, a grocery store. A little further away there are some bus stops. Recently, El Fraile opened a large supermarket called Dialprix. The apartment is in a very quiet area and is ideal for a couple with or without children or for a group of friends who want to spend a good rest of the island. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom , and has a maximum of 6 sleeping places, including 2 on a sofa bed in the living room. On the floor there is an electric cooker with ceramic hob, a large fridge, a complete crockery, a microwave, a coffee maker, the bed linen and towels, a washing machine, a TV and air conditioning. There is also a spacious roof terrace, where you can enjoy a barbecue and the wonderful views of the ocean and the mountains. There is WIFI and a landline with unlimited calls for landlines throughout Spain.

Why can't I call Alfonso & Oxana (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alfonso & Oxana (the owner) a message.

If Alfonso & Oxana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
