This terraced stone barn conversion is close to the River Lune three miles from Lancaster and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Parsley Cottage is a terraced stone barn conversion close to the River Lune, three miles from Lancaster. The cottage is set mostly over the ground floor and sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a ground floor king-size double and a first floor twin (zip/link) with a basin and an en-suite bath and WC. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a woodburner and a shared external utility. Outside there is a lawned garden and a shared paddock and ample off road parking. Parsley Cottage is surrounded by countryside and offers a lovely retreat.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, shared washing machine in external utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Lawned garden plus shared paddock. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, £30 charge for the first dog and £20 for the second. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile, cafe 3 mins walk. Lancaster Golf Club 5 mins walk. Note: The utility and paddock are shared with other holiday cottages on site. Please note there is a £150 Good Housekeeping Bond at this property.
