El Rancho 124 is an extended 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, air conditioned villa with terraces and gardens affording ideal family accommodation for up to 6 people.

This spanish style community villa provides a gorgeous base for your holiday. The bright accommodation will sleep up to 6 people with a central location in La Manga Club. Enjoy panoramic views from the terraces over the resort towards the mountains to the South and the Mar Menor and Mediterranean Sea to the East.

El Rancho community enjoys a very central location with large open grassed areas, nine communal swimming pools and children’s splash pools. This villa offers the option of year round sunshine with its two terraces and additional garden areas. There is a built in BBQ with comfortable seating on the terrace leading from the lounge – a great place to relax and enjoy those pre-dinner drinks.

Inside, the villa is furnished, decorated and equipped to a very high standard with a Spanish feel and comprises of a large open plan lounge and dining area with patio doors opening onto the outdoor dining area.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob built in oven and microwave, dish washer, etc.

The villa has a large flat screen TV that provides all the usual English channels plus Sky Sports and movies.

The lower level affords two extended bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is a further bedroom and family bathroom. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe and storage space.

Complimentary soap, shampoo and body wash are also provided as are bath and hand towels.

Outside there is parking directly in front of the villa and the property is surrounded by attractive communal garden areas that are thoughtfully planted and maintained.

Located on the South East Coast in a region of Spain that remains unspoilt, La Manga Club represents one of the finest all year round leisure resorts in Europe. The Costa Calida (warm coast) benefits from over 300 days of sun. Just 25 minutes from Murcia airport and 60 minutes from Alicante airport, the exclusive 5 star La Manga Club complex is set back in the Murcian hills with its own private beach cove.

Other Facilities: Within just a few minutes walk there are a number of bars, shops and restaurants. In addition there are a total of 25 restaurants or bars to choose from on the complex or within a short drive, designer clothes and sports shops, supermarkets, banks, post office, chemist, doctor, dentist, petrol station and estate agents. There is a Fiesta mini-club, which provides supervised activity for children aged from 6 months to 12 years. The La Manga hotel offers entertainment until the early hours. With a hire car there are also many historic cities, market towns and fishing villages to discover off site. The villa has an information folder and maps available for use by guests.

There are three golf courses and excellent tennis facilities on the resort. Scuba diving and water sports are available just a short drive away.

“Perfect stay in la manga”

Just brilliant, couldn’t fault it. The apartment is absolutely perfect and is well equipped for self catering. It’s stylishly furnished and is really clean and tidy. We had the pool to ourselves the whole week pretty much. Peter went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and provided information on the area and transfers before we arrived. Lovely coffee machine which was a bonus. Really nice view of lion mountain and a slight view of the sea too. We hired a car which made it easy to get around the resort with a 9 month old baby - supermarket, cove beach etc.
