La Manga Club, detached villa,4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,separate cloakroom, sleeps 7/8. Free WiFi.

Just 25 minutes from Murcia Airport or just over an hours drive from Alicante. Privately owned villa in La Manga Club with Wifi , furnished to a high standard,20 yards from one of the nine El Rancho pools, which has a separate children's paddling pool. The villa on two floors is spacious and airy with easy access.If needed, It is truly child friendly with a lot of equipment provided free of charge.Please see list below. There are no steep steps and parking is virtually adjacent to the villa.Full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer months and heated in winter.The villa is 5 minutes from a Supermarket, Bars and Restaurants and 8 minutes walk from the Tennis Centre, Main Pool, Par 47, Kids Club and Bowls.The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/1 cloakroom. The large terrace, with an awning over the table, has views of the Mar Menors beach in the distance. We do ask that smoking is only on the terraces and not inside. Pets are not allowed.Sports rights for 4 give a discount on golf and tennis

Childrens equipment is provided free of charge: If you have children you don't want a long transfer time or to pack lots of kit. We have most of the things you will need - and those you would want. We provide two travel cots with proper matresses (with twins in mind) stairgates,two high chairs, booster seat, bumbo & tray,steam steriliser, listening monitors,bed guard,plastic plates and cutlery,potties, bath mats,changing mat,bath toys, and socket covers . There are DVD's and games for all ages.The supermarket in the Club and locally all have nappies and baby food/milk. But if you would rather not leave it to chance, it is inexpensive to send a box with your prefered brands in. It;s also important to have time off and there is a childrens creche/ Kids Club and English speaking babysitters available.If you wish to hire beach towels these are available at £4 each.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
