This large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom air-conditioned villa is built on 2 levels, with the bedrooms downstairs. There are stunning views from this villa both from the living area & the Dining terrace & there is also a roof terrace with sun lounger's for topping up that tan in private.

La Manga Club a 5 star golf and tennis resort set on the Costa Calida. The Mar Menor has great facilities for water sports and there is horse riding nearby as well as all the facilities of the club and a variety of beaches where the water is shallow and great for young children. It also has its own beach cove and restaurant-La Cala- which has fantastic views over the Med.& the warm waters of the Mar Menor is only a short drive away Voted the safest resort in Europe since 2008. A Gated complex with 24 hour security.

This villa is in the Los Altos 2 community with 3 pools close by (1 heated) or wander down to the fabulous 'Oasis Center' (free to our guests) with its stunning feature pool & separate heated children's pool and poolside snack bar, (summer season only)

Next to the Oasis complex is the Creche/children club for under 12s and the famous La Manga Club Tennis center & gym, The new Youth pub & games center for 12 to 18 year old is also at the tennis center and several restaurants, a tapas bar and pubs near by. We have full sports rights which entitles our guests to RESIDENTS discount off golf green fees and Tennis

“Great stay”

Have been to La Manga resort several times and this was by far the best place we had stayed in. On arrival we were a bit perturbed by the access to the villa, which was quite steep but we used the ramp which was fairly easy. The cleaniliness of the villa was good and everything for our stay was there. The bedrooms (2) and bathrooms were downstairs with the living room and kitchen above. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The views were fantastic and we were able to walk down to the shops and restaurants without too much trouble. There are plenty of restaurants on the resort and the nearest swimming pool is only a short walk away.. We were there for 5 weeks and had a really good time, so good we have asked for another stay next year.

“Los Altos, La Manga”

A lovely week spent at Los Altos (77), La Manga. Beautiful 2 bedroom property with views over the resort and the La Manga strip. Everything we needed was in the villa and it was only a short walk to the pool. We visited many of the restaurants on the resort, they were all excellent. The tennis facilities are second to none. It is worth having a car to get out and about, nearby Cartagena is definitely worth a visit. I would say that if you have young children or mobility problems you may find the number of steps to get to the villa a problem but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The villa was just right for us although the stairs proved to be a problem with lots of luggage. I wouldn't take so much next as there is a washing machine and iron so could have managed with ju… More

How do damage deposits work?
