Ohhh siento mucho que no estuviera todo a su absoluto gusto y digo lo siento porque nos esforzamos al máximo para que nuestros huéspedes pasen vacaciones inolvidable.Es una pena que entre nosotro, como suelo hacer en tantos años dedicándome a recibir a visitantes no hubiera una buena comunicación ya que acostumbro siempre respetando la intimidad de mis huéspedes a preguntar si esta todo correcto y el 99%de los casos me contestan a mis mensajes y si hubiera algo incorrecto automáticamente lo solucionamos lo que lamentablemente no fue el caso con vosotros. La iluminación si puede ser un poco más explícito a lo que se refiere ya que durante el día a un gran ventanal con luz natural y durante la noche tenemos un sistema de luz que se regula según la intensidad que desee no logro comprender el fallo que encontraron vosotros. El muro de la azotea es algo que nos se podrá solucionar desgraciadamente ya que estamos en un ático 3 piso y si quitamos el muro para ver la puesta de sol imaginaros el peligro. Espero igualmente que pasaran unas fantásticas vacaciones a pesar de los detalles que no han estado a vuestro nivel. Un abrazo desde Tenerife que siempre los esperará.

Muchismas vielen Dank für Ihre konstruktive Kritik eher für uns jeden Tag mejorar.Pero wollte so einige dieser Kritikpunkte zu beantworten, wie der Hund nicht dieses Modell ist ein Nachbar und wir können nichts tun, ich habe mein eigenes Haustier und haben nie gebunden. Pfannen und Geschirr, wenn Sie hatte etwas einfach nötig zu sagen, und sie bieten, was desearan.Les mehrere Nachrichten, wenn sie etwas brauchte und nie got'm contestación.Normalmente immer kommuniziert mit meinen Mietern, was sie brauchen, fragen geschickt, aber leider Kommunikation mit Ihnen war nicht sehr buena.Saludos von Teneriffa

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mariola (the owner) a message.

If Mariola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
