The house is built on 3 levels. On the ground floor is the large living, dining and kitchen areas. You will enjoy the lavish decoration (there is an abundance of very tasteful paintings and antiques arranged around the house). There is an elevator that is connected all through the house (from the basement up to the second floor). Upstairs there are 3 large ensuite double bedrooms, each with a private balcony overlooking the fabulous view.

On the lower ground floor is another double ensuite bedroom with pool view, another twin bedroom en-suite and a spare, single bedroom and the second kitchen and living room. There is also a brand new indoor gym and sauna! Leading off from the living room is the outdoor pool and main terrace. The relaxing private pool is 77 sq.m. The depth of the water at the shallow end is 1m, where in the deep area reaches 2,5m.

The ground floor has access to a large terrace. Moreover, on the ground floor living room, there is a 65inch smart TV Set, which allows you to watch your favorite TV programs or movies, even when sitting at the terrace by the pool or even while swimming, accompanied by a home cinema system (DVD Player and amplifier provided also). We offer a wide choice of TV entertainment through Digea with privately owned nationwide and regional channels bearing digital broadcasting (CNN, BBC, TV5, Deutsche Welle e.t.c), Nova (6 Cinema channels as well as many educational/children’s programs, more than 200 channels overall) and Netflix. In order to operate the TVs, you will find the TV remote controls near the TV sets as well as all the instructions for operating them.

We are very proud for offering you the above unique bouquet of Home Cinema Entertainment, in order to make your entire stay but also your nights by the pool more enjoyable.

In the fully equipped barbecue area you will encounter an electrical kitchen, a wooden oven, a refrigerator, a gas stove, a microwave oven, a freezer, a wine refrigerator for both red and white wine, an ice maker & a device for crushing ice). There is also, a compact stereo, to accompany your fantastic meals.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
