All apartments have been decorated in order to offer a warm and relaxing atmosphere as to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

All rooms are functional (private bathroom, air condition, kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, bed linen, safe box ...) and offer all the necessary amenities. Excellent free WI FI connection throughout the property.

Ground floor, right side of the entrance. With a size of approximately 32 m2, it is the most spacious and freshest of the 4.

It’s got a big table with 3 high stools, one big screen TV (there is no antenna, only Ethernet connection and Google Tv), a closet, a queen bed, and the kitchen.

In living room area, an Ikea Hagalund sofa bed can accommodate a child or a 3td adult.

The terrace, shaded by a pergola, is equipped with a table, 3 chairs and a small drying rack.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria Stella (the owner) a message.

If Maria Stella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
