“Great villa with lovely pool but you definately need a car” Arrived and the villa wasn't quite ready but Shelley from the property management company let us stay and unpack whilst she finished off cleaning etc and even got her partner Scott to take us to the nearest supermarket for some much needed supplies. We thought from the villa info. we would be able to walk to a supermarket or even Lindos and Pefkos when we were feeling energetic but this is not possible. We did not hire a car but I would say you would definately need to unless you are prepared to get taxis everywhere even to pick up a newspaper. It was easy enough to get taxis, they arrived within 10 mins from when you phoned them but the price did vary depending on the driver! It was roughly 6-10 euros to either village and to the hyper market we were charged 15 euros one day just to get back but another driver charged us 15 euros for the return trip including waiting time! We had to phone Scott virtually everyday as there were problems with some of the air con units and the pool light and because it was so hot you really did need the bedroom air con during the night to sleep but Scott came out no problem when you called and got most of the problems fixed. The villa itself has everything you need but it is a little smaller than the pictures indicate and some of the furnishings are a little dated but not enough to detract from your holiday. We stayed for one week only and although the literature stated we would have a linen change we didnt but there is a washing machine if you get desperate! We would recommend the Enigma restaurant in Pefkos and definately find the butchers in Lindos as the steaks we got to BBQ were delicious! Overall we had a wonderful holiday and would return to this villa.

“Perfect” It cuoldn't have been nicer. The appartment was clean and nice. There was plenty of room for all six of us, two adults and four children (15,13,8,6). Everything needed for cooking was provided in the kitchen (not only six glasses and six forks etc). Donna and Manos were wouderful hosts.They helped us finding a car to rent, in the fridge there was breakfast for the first day,the appartement was cleand every day. They looked after us and were most helpful. If you stay out of season as we did you will need a car or a bike (Shopping is a few kilometers away.)
