GENERAL INFO

Surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden with olive, orange and almond trees, and just 200m away from the beach, in the Pefkos region of Lindos (Rhodes), Blue Dream Villas is a small complex of holiday homes ( 2 Superior and 2 Executive villas) with shared swimming pool, built and furnished to the highest standards offering high quality services for a unique holiday in Rhodes.

Located in the middle of the east coast near Lindos, the villa is an ideal base for exploring both the north and the south of the island, as a short drive can take you to beautiful secluded shores and popular tourist resorts alike.

ACCOMMODATION

The villas are built and furnished to highest standards and they have a shared swimming pool, patio, wide verandas and terraces and are surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden.

Each Executive villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (the one with Jacuzzi), living room and kitchen and can sleep up to six. Two Executive villas (“Garden” or” Sea view”) are shared in a three floor building.

The Garden ( Executive) villa has two double bedrooms.

The first one , with twin beds, is on the ground floor where the living room, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower are also located .

The second bedroom with double bed , the second bathroom with whirlpool and a small utility room are on the first floor. An interior wooden staircase connects the two floors.

The Sea View ( Executive) villa has the entrance on the first floor with exterior stairs. Living room, kitchen and one bathroom with shower are on the first floor. The two bedrooms are on the top floor , one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with twin beds, the second bathroom with whirlpool and also a small utility room are also on the top floor. Spacious veranda with sea view . An interior wooden staircase connects the two floors.

Safes in each bedroom keep your valuables secure. There are spacious fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD HD TV sets with satellite. Linen is changed twice a week, while there are more bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish, free of charge

Living rooms are comfortable and equipped with brand-new sofas that can be converted into a double bed to sleep two more. All have LCD HD TV sets with satellite and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price).

The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the bedrooms. Upper-floor living rooms have wide verandas overlooking the patio and beautiful sea-views. Furniture is of the highest standards and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation.

The villas have modern design bathrooms on each floor, one bathroom with shower and one with Jacuzzi.

Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and oven, a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. There is also a cleaners room, equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board, first aid kit and sewing box.

LOCATION

The villas are situated at Pefkos, near the town of Lindos, an ideal location at the middle of the east coast of Rhodes with easy access to both the north and the south of the island. It is about 50km from Diagoras International Airport and 50km from Rhodes town central port. It is connected to both with the Rhodes to Lindos motorway.

Lindos, with its medieval alleys, its ancient monuments and historic houses is considered by many as the most beautiful village of Rhodes. Its imposing castle, dramatically build on top of a steep cliff overlooking the village is Lindos more prominent landmark. Inside the walls, the ancient temple of Athena and other important monuments speak of an age of prosperity, when Lindos was one of the leading shipping ports of the ancient world. Spectacular cliffs give their place to picturesque sandy coves, while the views towards the small lagoon of St Paul (Agios Paulos) are simply magnificent.

The Villas are located only 200m away from Plakias beach and the golden sand of Li Beach in Pefkos, once Lindos wine-producing region, 3km to the south. Upper floor verandas have beautiful sea views. To the south of the neighboring village of Lardos is the beautiful coast of South Rhodes, with numerous beaches and coves with crystal-clear waters. Most of them, especially at the far south, remain quiet and serene even at the peak of the tourist season. Towards the north are the equally beautiful, popular (but not overcrowded) beaches of the east coast, such as Vliha, Kalathos, Agathi, Stegna, Tsambika and Afandou and the big tourist resorts near Rhodes Town. A 20mins drive takes you to the Afandou Golf Course.

Pefkos is also a convenient base for excursions to the traditional inland villages of the south and to the forested mountains of the centre of the island. Both in Pefkos and in Lindos, all services and facilities that you could ask for in your holiday time are at hand: Restaurants, cash dispensers, shops and travel agencies can be found everywhere while entertainment options include water sports, boat trips to the nearby islands and to Turkey, glass-bottom-boat cruises, cafιs, bars, clubs, ultralight aircraft flights over the island and much more.

How do damage deposits work?
