Stone cottage on nice and quiet location in Korcula Town, above promenade and beach. Walking distance to centar, Old Town, bus station and ferry port. Nearby resturants, cafe bars, supermarket. Small grocery shop with fresh bakery's, fruits, vegetables - in front of the apartment. Living room with kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and large terrace with BBQ - sea view. Fully equpped: Air condition, SAT TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher. Baby cot and parking on request. The owner is not resident in the house (maximum privacy). Available during all year.

“Fantastic apartment”

Fantastic apartment with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect with a beach just a few steps away. The start of the restaurants and bars were also moments away but we found the apartment to be just far enough out from the centre of Korcula to be nice and quite at night. Would defiantly recommend.

This is a first class apartment which provided everything we needed while staying in Korcula. Location is great - only 5 mins walk to the old town with a reserved parking space nearby. Everything inside was working and spotlessly clean. Lots of extras such as a lovely prepared snack in the fridge on arrival + wine etc. and we really felt that Gina had 'gone the extra mile' for us and for all her other satisfied customers. A big thank you to Gina for making our stay on the lovely island of Korcula so memorable. Roddy & Sue Pow

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
