In the summer you can choose from 40+ activities in the area of the Europa Sports Region which is situated in the beautiful Hohe Tauern National Park, Austria. Voted as the Best Family Activity Area in Europe!! 100% GUARANTEED Great Snow for skiing on the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier from the end of September to June! Free private WiFi. The apartment has a sunny south facing balcony overlooking the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, which is only 10 minutes away. Local mountains access 130km of pistes and 53 lifts, available from the free ski bus stop only 70m from Kitz 6. Plus plenty of other resorts within about 1 hours drive if you have a car, including Kitzbuhel. 2 golf courses nearby in Zell am See which is only 15 minutes away and 13 golf courses within 1 hours drive!!. Kitz Residenz 6 is an exclusive all year round apartment on the 1st floor, with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a new fully fitted kitchen, large lounge, dining area and a sunny south facing balcony. There is also a washing machine in the apartment, plus a separate ski/board and boot drying rack in the cellar basement.

Kitz 6 is only 60m from a free ski bus stop to the 3 local World Class Skiing and Snow Boarding mountains of: Kitzsteinhorn Glacier 3200m GUARNTEED SNOW (10 mins away), Maiskogel 1675m (5 mins away), Schmittenhohe 2000m Zell am See (10 mins away). A total of 130km of pistes and 53 lifts in an accessible area for all ages and abilities. Within 1 hours drive time you can access more World Class Ski resorts of Pissendorf (5km), Kitzbuhel (50km), Lofer (40km), Hollerbach (25km), St Johann and Kirchberg (55km), Saalbach (25km), Leogang (35km) and Hinterglemm (28km). Just over 1 hour's drive to Salzburg, Krimmml Waterfalls, Grossglochner Pass (3200m) and Eagles Nest, Berchtesgaden.

Kitz 6 boasts breathtaking views from the south facing balcony to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier which can be enjoyed all year round depending on the weather. There are 6 chairs and a table on the balcony for your use.

The apartment is a light, spacious comfortable apartment. It is perfect for accommodating large families/2 families or small groups of friends for a perfect ski, snowboard or summer activity holiday. It has full central heating radiators in all rooms and large windows so all the rooms are light and airy. It is a strictly no smoking apartment.

Within 100m is the Gasthof Hotel Open Air Swimming Pool, Indoor Sauna and Steam facilities which are available for use for a small fee. It also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Local bakery 10 min walk away also delivers. Other very good restaurants are within easy walking distance including the Hillberger Wine Bar and Restaurant, Dorf Krug and Dorf Stadl for traditional Austrian and Fondue dishes, Kennidi for Pasta Burgers and Pizzas, all at good value. Kaprun has all the amenities for a comfortable stay within 800m. There is also a large 5* Spa Hotel in the village offering a choice of 12 swimming pools, sauna, beauty treatments and sports therapy.

Fantastic apartment. Spacious, warm and comfortable with lovely balconies to enjoy the mountain vistas. Close to all the amenities of Kaprun. Great place to stay and would highly recommend.

If PAUL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
