Welcome to Ernis Holiday House

Ernis Holiday house offers you:
The Holiday House Erni 1 is the one on the left side of a twin house in a beautiful and quiet area within a green holiday village with its own (300 m away) sand beach. The house is only aprox. 15 km away from Dikili and 18 km away from Altinova.

The House is functionally and basically equipped.
Erni 1 is two level house with 3 bedrooms..

one livingroom, 1 kitchen 1 guest toilette and a bathroom
The Holiday House Erni is situated in a 300 squaremeter garden with 2x 75 squaremeter living space.The house accomodates at least 6 persons.

In the ground floor you find:

A guest WC, the kitchen and the living room There is WiFi Access at the beach Cafes. And you can request 3G connection at the house for an extra charge. The house has a hifi & TV Sat System for your entertainment.

With the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a guest WC and 3 bedrooms and a living room, the house accomodates at least 6 persons. There is WiFi in the house. The garden with its olive trees , Pine trees and a big palm tree offers you the right balance of sun and shade . The terracotta terrace of the house in the front and back gives you plenty of space outside the house to enjoy your sports, BBQ, sunbathing and other activities in the private open area.There is a car parking place near the house. Ernis House offers you 2 bikes and a 2 person canoe for sports activities on the water.

Why can't I call Ercüment (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ercüment (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
