Tanto el clima (3.000 horas de sol al año) como la ubicación del apartamento lo convierten en un magnífico lugar para disfrutar de unas vacaciones maravillosas. Las playas de Islantilla cuentan con el distintivo Q de Calidad Turística, junto con sus cinco hoteles de última generación y uno de los mejores campos de golf del sur de Europa. Mencionar también que Islantilla se encuentra a 10 minutos de Portugal, lo cual mejora la oferta turística de la zona.
