Situado en una urbanización cerrada con zonas verdes, dos piscinas, una destinada a los adultos y otra al uso infantil, cuatro pistas de pádel, aparcamiento subterráneo con ascensor.

Se encuentra dentro del campo del golf, junto al hoyo nº 7, en una urbanización cercana al Hotel Islantilla Golf Resort (4 Estrellas), a 3 minutos de uno de los tres centros comerciales de la zona y a 5 minutos de la playa.

Tanto el clima (3.000 horas de sol al año) como la ubicación del apartamento lo convierten en un magnífico lugar para disfrutar de unas vacaciones maravillosas. Las playas de Islantilla cuentan con el distintivo Q de Calidad Turística, junto con sus cinco hoteles de última generación y uno de los mejores campos de golf del sur de Europa. Mencionar también que Islantilla se encuentra a 10 minutos de Portugal, lo cual mejora la oferta turística de la zona. También ofrece amplias posibilidades de diversión y disfrute (Golf, Tenis, Pádel, Surf, Submarinismo, Vela, Cultura, etc.). Cabe destacar el microclima que existe dentro del campo de golf, con temperaturas incluso más suaves que en el litoral.

La urbanización cuenta con un pequeño supermercado y también un bar-chiringuito para desayunos, comidas y cenas. En Islantilla hay tres grandes centros comerciales con cines y tiendas de todo tipo.

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Juan Manuel (the owner) a message.

If Juan Manuel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
