Magnificent apartment on the beach front of 136 m2, ideal for family holidays or groups. It has a spacious living room of more than 45 m2 completely exterior with access to two terraces of more than 15 m2 each where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the common areas of the urbanization. It has three bedrooms, each with two single beds and fitted wardrobes, plus two sofa beds in the living room that can comfortably accommodate up to eight adults. Both the living room and all bedrooms have large ceiling fans. It has a separate kitchen with large fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It has two spacious bathrooms fully equipped. The price also includes internet access in all rooms, access to free parking in the basement of the building and individual storage room with key, ideal for golf equipment, bicycles or beach equipment. The apartment is located in an urbanization on the beachfront with excellent private facilities including chiringuito, gardens, summer pool, solarium, two paddle tennis courts, tennis court, sports court (football, basketball), playground and lounge table tennis. The pool is open from June 1 to September 30. The best location in Islantilla with close access to multiple activities: kilometric beach of fine sand less than ten meters from the exit of the urbanization; 27-hole golf course less than 1 km away; access to cycling and hiking routes through natural parks (Parque Litoral de Islantilla, Marismas de Isla Cristina); nautical school less than 200 meters; Islantilla's largest shopping center at 100 meters, including supermarket, shops, restaurants and multicine.i

How do damage deposits work?
