Realizamos limpieza e higienización conforme a normativa del Ministerio de Sanidad de prevención de COVID19.

Precioso ático en el Campo de Golf, 3 dormitorios dobles (para 6 personas), salón, 2 terrazas, 1 baño. Totalmente amueblado y equipado con menaje hogar, microondas, tv, sábanas, toallas, etc. Ascensor desde garaje. Piscina y jardín.

OFERTA ESPECIAL POR QUINCENAS (14 NOCHES) PARA 6 PERSONAS: PRECIO = 1.500 EUROS.

PRECIO POR SEMANA: 805 EUROS, con entrada y salida en sábados

Tiene 3 habitaciones dobles, con capacidad para 6 personas, con armarios empotrados grandes en cada una de ellas, salón, cocina independiente y un cuarto de baño y está totalmente equipado con vitrocerámica, lavadora, frigorífico, menaje de cocina, microondas, tostador, cafetera, plancha, sábanas, toallas, televisor, etc....

También tiene 2 terrazas con toldos y con unas vistas muy bonitas al campo de golf y a los pinares. Tiene 1 plaza de garaje en aparcamiento cubierto (planta sótano) para un coche grande (entra bien un monovolumen o un todoterreno), con ascensor desde la plaza de garaje hasta el apartamento, que está en la 2ª planta.

La comunidad es pequeña y muy tranquila con jardín y piscina comunitarios que, al haber pocos vecinos, resultan muy agradables.

El apartamento está muy cuidado y está perfectamente equipado y limpio y todo está tal y como se ve en las fotos

Ideal para familias con niños, o para 6 adultos, ya que dispone de 6 camas individuales de 90 cm de ancho cada una de ellas. (Las dos camas del dormitorio principal están juntas y en los otros dos dormitorios, están separadas por una mesilla central), por lo que nadie tiene que dormir en sofá cama.

Temporada baja desde el 15 de septiembre al 31 de mayo: estancia mínima por meses completos y el precio es 900 euros/mensuales.

Temporada alta: estancia mínima por semanas (de sábado a sábado) y el precio es 805€ por semana

DESCUENTO PARA QUINCENAS DE 100 EUROS

La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para el descanso. Las zonas de ocio están a unos 800m, hay centros comerciales, tiendas de ropa, cines y zonas de esparcimiento a la distancia justa para que no moleste.

Para los amantes del golf, está magníficamente situado, ya que se encuentra a 5 minutos andando del Club social del Campo de Golf y del Hotel Islantilla Golf Resort.

Se pueden practicar bastantes deportes ya que hay canchas de tenis, pistas de paddle, pistas para andar y para montar en bicicleta. Y en cuanto a deportes náuticos está a menos de 5 minutos en coche de distancia del club de vela de Islantilla, donde se puede practicar vela, windsurf, alquiler de motos de agua, catamaranes, etc.

También se puede practicar la hípica.

Ven a disfrutar de unas estupendas vacaciones en un paraje privilegiado con más de 25 kilómetros de playas de fina arena y aguas de estupenda calidad.

También se pueden realizar excursiones muy interesantes por los alrededores: El Rocío, los sitios Colombinos, donde se encuentran las réplicas a tamaño real de las 3 Carabelas con las que Colón descubrió América, que se pueden visitar, las minas de Río Tinto, con el museo minero y viaje en tren de vapor (de principios del siglo 20).

Otra excursión muy agradable que se puede realizar es al Algarbe portugués, ya que la distancia a la frontera es de 15 kilómetros por carretera. Y si se desea, también se puede pasar en barco desde Ayamonte hasta el bonito pueblo portugués de Vilareal de San Antonio. (Se puede llevar su propio coche porque el barco es un pequeño transbordador).

Se realiza limpieza y desinfección tras la salida de cada huésped conforme a normativa del Ministerio de Sanidad de prevención de COVID19. Se realiza ventilación de todas las estancias durante al menos 4 horas, se limpian todas las superficies con agua, jabón y desinfectantes aconsejados por el Ministerio de Sanidad.
