This ground-floor apartment features two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own front door, exclusively for guests aged 30 and above.

Please note that our property is strictly non-smoking (including e-cigarettes) and does not accommodate infants, children, or pets.

You are also correct, there is so much to see and do in Suffolk including Sutton Hoo (as featured in the film 'The Dig' - Constable Country Willy Lotts Cottage in Flatford, Dunwich Heath, Ickworth, Melford Hall, Lavenham just to mention a few and of course miles of outstanding Suffolk Coastline... How do damage deposits work?

If Mel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
