We are a family, our aim is to provide you with help & advice with booking your holiday with us. We have x2 8 berth Caravan.

Our Red Themed, 2004 Holiday Home, caravan, is now called Ruby Red Luxury Home From Home 8 berth caravan, Ingoldale Park, Ingoldmells, it has also had a make over throughout, with beautiful rose gold wallpaper & in the open plan living room, kitchen & dining room, there is a fixture wallpaper. It has all the finishing touches to make it, Home from Home. Its the perfect place to relax & unwind after a day spent on the beach or after taking in some of the local walks. With its neutral colour scheme & elegant finishes it, it creates an area of peace & tranquillity, what more could you want from a holiday home. With the whole caravan being fully double glazed.

The Lounge area, provides a lovely open plan living space with a large wrap around fixed dinette seating area & a dining area, with fixed seating, has a comfy corner sofa, with a large double sofa bed, ( with the bedding underneath ), with scatter cushions in the lounge area, it has a luxury carpet, it's open plan living area ensuring a light & airy feel, It has a large 50" TV, built in DVD player, Freeview & USB socket points.

The kitchen, with its home from home touch kitchen, it is fitted with a large family gas hob, grill and oven, separate fridge / freezer, beautiful 40 mm kitchen work tops, it comes with everything that a family would need for your break, i.e: all pots, plates, crockery, cutlery pans, & much, much more. It is a luxurious open plan lounge & dining area which out looks thou beautiful large windows that open the lounge area to the outside area opening onto the enclosed rap around balcony, with both lockable gates, ideal for the kids / dogs to play in & be safe.

The caravan has gas fire in the living room, you can enjoy our holiday home in the warmth. We have electric panel heaters on the walls in the master bedroom and shower room, and in both twin rooms we have electric panel heaters on the ceiling, for add safety for children to sleep in the rooms. The control panel for the heating is on the wall in the hallway. There is also a free- standing radiator on the wall of the hallway, to keep it warm in there.

The family shower room has a large stylish shower, with a heated towel rail / radiator, vanity unit, family basin & W.C.

The master bedroom has a double size bed,19" TV, inside the large wardrobe. In the master bedroom there is a shaver point, & mirror on the side of the built-in wardrobe's.

There are also a further two twin bedroom's, both with full size single bed's in, very comfy to sleep either adult's & children.

For your break, we provide i.e. all the basic bedding: duvets, pillows. we do provide sheets, duvet covers & pillow covers, at an extra cost of £30.00.

On the outside of the caravan, the outside area opens onto the enclosed rap around balcony, with both lockable gates, ideal for the kids / dogs to play in / be safe.

Please note this, when you make an enquiry, the price that you see, is a basic from price, from Trip Advisor. Once we have wrote to you asking our question's, depending on the answers you give us, we will then write & maybe edit a quote, the quote will then be sent to you, for you to look at, the price may go up, or down, depending any extras that may get added on, or of, if any extra's are added on, trip advisor will adjust there booking fee, amount for deposit. & if you agree with it, & would like to go ahead with the booking then you agree to pay the amount stated as a quote. We as owner's, have no authority to change or edit, the deposit amount's, the booking fees, & dates of the booking has to be paid in full. That is Trip Advisor only. This information hopefully will help you understand why you may see a different in amounts of money.

We charge a £50.00 non refundable deposit, 4 all bookings. & has to be paid at the time of booking.

We charge a £100.00 refundable bond, 4 all bookings, & has to be paid at any time of the booking, as long as it is all paid in full

For our Trip Advisor guest's, we I can provided bedding, for an extra price of £30.00 per booking. Please let us know at time of booking.

We have available passes for entertainment, entertainment & activities, including swimming pool, etc, these are booked via us owner's only. The prices are £50.00 for 1 - 4 night, and £80.00 for 4 - 7 nights. ( price is based on 2021 season ) These can only be booked by us, not by Coastfield's direct, as this is classed as a private caravan booking. The passes are up, for 8 people, depending on how many is in the booking. There is a Dog fee of £25.00. per dog.

We do have our terms and conditions & rules available to read on our Facebook page, if you would like to take a read before we send them to you. We are looking at setting our terms & conditions & rules to files so we can send them via email.

We are a family run caravan booking company, we are happy to be available to answer any questions, etc. Once you pay in full with us, we ask you for some information, so we can set up our welcome packs, we then will post them out to you, for you to read. You don't need to sign any think of the welcome pack, as once you pay your deposit, to us, that transaction, acts / counts as a automatic signature, Unfortunately, we are experiencing some postal issues with royal mail, as we post our welcome packs to all guests, but because of the cov-id 19 situation, royal mail are having issues were its taking longer to post items, so we are trying to send out the welcome packs as soon as we can, to make sure that you get them in time for your break.

Firstly, We are sorry for our late reply. We are sorry that you havent had an excellent stay with us. can you please explain in abit more detail about your comments? 1) you say - Took ages to find as you couldn't see an actual caravan number on any correspondence? the full address inculing number of catabam is on the last page of every copy of the welcome pack which is sent to every guest, once paid in full. did you not receieve that or not see it? 2) A few too many notes on stickers around? do you mean the white stickers explaining where to find things like i) the bedding for the pull out sofa in the living room?? as even thou its explained in the welcome pack, people dont read it & still ask me where to find the bedding. ii) do you mean advice on how to use the cooker?? again, even thou its explained in the welcome pack, people dont read it & still ask me on how to use the cooker. 3) Shower leaks? do you mean the shower itself? or the ceiling hood? please explain more. 4) Nik naks? we proud ourselves for having beauitful home - from home feel caravans, so hence why there is nik naks around the caravan, which was designed by my Late Mum. Said Nik Naks, are away on shelfs, & there is space in cupborad in the living room if guests feel best to remove them from children. Unless your expecting a for sale caravan which would be empty. 5) Was cold, the heat panels on the ceiling didnt really do anythink?? the ceiling panel heaters are to take the chill out of the rooms, there not full heaters. there is a bigger heater in the hallway which is adviced that it can be put on for about 20 mins in the evening to warm the caravan up before bed. & if it gets any colder, thats where the extra blankets come in handy. 6) Boiler needs something as the flame is open, could cause an accident?? Firstly, our Boiler is 100% safe, we have gas safely checks every year, & if that doesnt pass, we can not rent out. the older boilers do not have a cover or glass on them. as ti have access to the flame if it goes out, it then can be relight. You are very welcome to ask me anytime about any of the above if it reasures you for any future bookings. Hope that helps you, & we are happy to answer anymore questions

Thank you, for your review, we are proud as a family, to go our extra mile to help our guests. Regarding: the complimentary hot drinks - we do normally. before covid-19 restriction's, we put tea, coffee, and sugar into both of our kitchen's, as complimentary, but because of covid-19 restriction's, we are no longer allowed to out them in. like I said, we do go our extra mile to help our guests for there bookings, the complimentary item's in the bathroom, are behind a cabinet door, so are not able to be crossed contaminated. but with the tea, coffee and sugar, they are more likely to be crossed contaminated. But do remember, even with the title of LUXURY CARAVAN'S, we are still classed as self catering accommodation's that item's like that are as extra's which are to be brought from home, unless stated otherwise. And as you have already stated, that we do provide above basic standard of item's within both of our caravans. We look forward to hearing from you very soon. xxx

Why can't I call Patrick (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Patrick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
