Villa ubicada en primera línea de mar en el pueblo agrícola y de pescadores de Igueste de San Andrés en Tenerife, la casa se encuentra en el Pasaje de Buenavista nº 1, este pueblo se encuentra en uno de los valles del parque natural en el Macizo de Anaga, sus calles mayoritariamente son peatonales, la casa esta totalmente apartada del ruido del trafico, solo se oye el mar y los pajaritos.

Cuenta con dos plantas con la siguiente distribución:

En planta superior un gran hall y salón con una gran terraza en todo el frente que comunica con el dormitorio principal, esta terraza esta orientada hacia la costa y permite disfrutar de excelentes vistas del mar, al valle y las montañas, la cocina esta completamente equipada, el dormitorio principal cuenta con baño completo y exterior, los otros dos dormitorios comparten un baño completo e igualmente exterior.

La planta Inferior cuenta con una gran Terraza Solarium con excelentes vistas al mar , al valle y a las montañas, tiene dos piscinas CLIMATIZADAS, una infantil con aproximadamente 50 cms de profundidad y otra para adultos, cuenta con una cocina y una barra de bar anexa, baño completo y exterior, Sauna Finlandesa con capacidad para 6 personas.

    Prachtige locatie in een oase van rust. Erg genoten van het prachtige riante terras met twee zwembadjes met vrij uitzicht op de zee. Aardige eigenares met goede tips voor uitjes in de omgeving.
