Meadowside House is a gorgeous 4 bedroom cottage with wifi and Netflix, located at The Bay, Filey, an award-winning 5* holiday village, with lots of on-site facilities and direct access to miles of stunning beach.

The Bay is set within acres of beautiful parkland, it provides a relaxed and peaceful environment whilst also offering loads of fun activities to keep everyone occupied. On-site facilities include: leisure centre with indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, beauty therapy and treatment room and dog friendly pub/restaurant with free wifi.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 certain on-site facilities may be unavailable or even closed.

The house itself backs onto lovely boules court/communal garden area. It is spacious and beautifully furnished and includes: open-plan lounge/kitchen area, fully fitted kitchen (including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer); separate dining area and separate entrance hall; downstairs cloakroom; master bedroom with en-suite shower room with rainfall shower, 2 further double bedrooms, 4th bedroom with bunks and 1 single bed; family bathroom with bath and rainfall shower over; patio doors opening out onto a small patio area overlooking the boules court.

Ideal for families wanting to get together for a holiday or short break, maybe to celebrate a special occasion. It will particularly appeal to families, dog lovers, beach lovers. It's both child-friendly and dog-friendly (max 2 - sorry no puppies). Dogs are even allowed in the pub and can frolic on the beach to their heart's content.

Filey is an unspoilt seaside resort on the beautiful Yorkshire Coast between Scarborough and Bridlington and is an ideal destination for those looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday and those wanting to explore the stunning North Yorkshire coastline and North York Moor. This traditional Edwardian coastal town offers a real sense of old world charm.Spend an enjoyable afternoon on the 5-mile stretch of clean, sandy, award-winning beach. Alternatively take a walk along one of the many nature trails around the town or across the fantastic Filey Brigg. Filey has shops, restaurants, beautiful gardens and a lovely golf course.The cottage is surrounded by an abundance of other local attractions to suit all ages (within an hours drive) including: RSPB Bempton Cliffs; Sewerby Hall and Gardens (near Bridlington); Scarborough Sea-Life centre; Scarborough Castle; Dalby Forest and 'Go Ape'; Scarborough Open Air Theatre, Playdale Farm Park; Park Rose Village, Animal Park and Bird of Prey Centre; Castle Howard; Flamingo Land; Yorvik Viking Centre (York); North York Moors Railway; The Deep (Hull); Yorkshire Lavendar; Whitby Abbey; Helmsley; Eden Camp, Hornsea Freeport shopping; Filey and Scarborough Donkey rides.

How do damage deposits work?
