From the owner

The unit is the downstairs unit of a house located in Kaimuki. Walking distance to supermarket, drug store (CVS). 10 min drive to Waikiki, UH, and town. Plenty of street parkings (free) nearby. House is very clean, non-smoking. Sorry no pets. Not for luxury traveler, but great to budget travelers and very easy to go anywhere to enjoy the paradise of Honolulu with your rental car.

It has a full kitchen, one full bathroom and two bedrooms. It also has washer and dryer in the unit. We installed an AC in the dining and living room. And one AC in one of the bedroom. Normally (when there is trade wind), we don't need AC in night time. Shower in the bathroom, no tub. Full size Kitchen has all the cookwares and plates, bowls for you to make a meal.

Feel free to ask where to go and what to eat. Lots of nice Ramen, pizza, and other restaurants nearby for you to try. Most famous malasada ( Leonards) just need 5 mins walking. Come and enjoy your vacation here!

We give and collect the key in person. So when you check in we will show you around. We usually don't charge extra cleaning fee. Only if you make a big mess, we will have to ask for it while you check out.

The unit is a smoke-free place. We don't allow smoking inside the house! Thank you!

As new law requests, the minimum stay needs to be at lease 30 nights.

Thank you for staying with us. I am sorry that the noise affects your stay. Sorry we don't know you need wash cloth. Johnny didn't know we have it. If you ask me I can bring you that. For the noise part, The dog from neighbors only bark when his owner or other people comes by. Sorry we can't control this. For my little daughter, she wakes up usually after 7 AM for school. I am sorry that her running makes noise to you. This is a wood structure house, so from downstairs you can hear food steps from upstairs. Again, we are sorry for the noise. But most of them we can't control. We will ask the little girl to be more quiet later.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jane (the owner) a message.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
