Location and Amenities, that's what this studio is about. Directly next to the Modern Hotel and Hawaii Prince Hotel, and steps from the Hilton Hawaiian Village you are located at the gateway to Waikiki. A quick 15-20 minute walk to the Convention Center, Ala Moana Shopping Center and the hustle and bustle of Waikiki you are in a prime location!

This island themed unit with a mountain view has everything you need. In the kitchen you'll find all you need to make a simple meal or a gourmet dinner. The queen size Murphy bed folds into the wall to give you more living space during the day. Sit back and relax in front of the 55 inch Roku HD wall mounted flat screen tv and catch up on your favorite shows via streaming are a great way to wind down after a long day of sightseeing, shopping or playing at the beach. If you feel the need to connect to the outside world high speed Internet with complimentary wifi are available.

The newly renovated walk in open shower is perfect way to relax before heading onto your next adventure.

When heading to the beach, don't forget to bring the complimentary beach towels, chairs and coolers and umbrellas to help make your beach day perfect.

To help keep you healthy and safe we will leave extra cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer and disinfectant in the unit for your use during your stay.

Parking is available in the building for a fee - 25.00 per day or 200.00 per month. This is arranged with the parking attendant upon arrival - the owner does not get involved in parking matters.

In for the night, Pop a CD into the Bose stereo, have a glass of wine, a tropical drink, or whatever your pleasure and make yourself at home - your vacation is just beginning..,..

Step out of the building to the right and head toward the Hilton Hawaiian Village for some great Spa treatments and grab a drink or snack at their ocean front bar. Continue on and arrive in the heart of Waikiki, where you'll find fabulous shopping and restaurants. The street performers make for an interesting walk on a balmy night. To the left, walk a few minutes and you'll arrive at Ala Moana Park and Shopping Center, Ward Center, Nordstrom. Tennis courts, and picnic areas are abound. There is much to do in this area, and you won't be bored or disappointed. Exit to the rear of the building and arrive at the marina where Gilligan and the Castaways started their three hour tour - or head over the the lagoon beach for some rest and relaxation, or water sports. If you're really observant, you may walk into the taping of Hawaii Five 0 or Magnum PI (they film here regularly). Tour buses, rental car agencies, and catamaran rentals are all within walking distance

Where to begin...Check out famous Waikiki beach. Learn to surf. Snorkel with the fishes. Take a catamaran and enjoy the sights or just sit in the shade and relax. Located minutes from downtown Waikiki, and Ala Moana Shopping Center - you can find some of the best shopping in the world. Picnic at Magic Island - just a short walk from the hotel, or take a morning run down on the beach and watch the sun rise. Whatever you desire, Waikiki has for you. Popular restaurants are at every corner and more are opening monthly. The Chart House, Harbor Pub, The Outback and Red Lobster are located in the building. Tour buses pick up on the corner daily for trips to Pearl Harbor, luaus and beyond. Don't forget to pick up the This Week guide - available on every corner and hotel lobby for great deals on dining and entertainment. A must have for the Waikiki visitor. For last minute steals and deals, check out Groupon Honolulu - many great deals are just waiting for you.

Parking/Beaches: Parking is available in the building for 25.00 per day and paid to the parking attendant. If you’d like a length of stay pass, we offer a parking permit for $10.00 per day - this must be arranged prior to arrival and is added to your total. There is also parking behind the building next to the marina for 11.00 per day. Rates change - check with parking attendant upon arrival for current rates. Currently there is no swimming pool access for condominium residents and guests but who needs it when you have the worlds biggest and most beautiful swimming pool at your doorstep - the pacific ocean. Just steps from the back of the building is Waikiki Beach, and just down the road is the beach at Ala Moana Park - just to name a few.

Common Questons:

1. Can I park in the building? Parking is available in the building for a fee. We offer a parking pass for $10.00 per day - must be organized prior to arrival. Otherwise parking is $23.00 per day paid to the garage attendant. Please see parking attendant for details.

2. Is there laundry in the building? Laundry is on the 8th floor.

3. Is there internet service? wifi High Speed Internet Service via Spectrum are available as a courtesy.

4. Can I smoke on the lanai or in the unit? This is a non smoking unit. Hawaii State Law prohibits smoking on lanais and in the building. Violators are subject to a fine. a smoking area is available on the 7th floor. Any evidence of smoking in the unit will be subjected to a 500.00 cleaning fee.

5. How many people does the unit accomodate? It sleeps two comfortably. A third person can be accomodated on an aerobed that's provided. Any more than three is not accepted. The unit is 454 square feet- a little larger than a hotel room.

6. Does the kitchen have a stove? There is a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, all utensils.

7. How do I get the keys? There are no keys, you will be given a stay specific code for the door which will activate at check in time and deactivate at check out time.

8. What time is Check in? Can I check in early? Check in time is 3pm. Early check in may be arranged in advance if available. This will depend if there are other guests checking out that day as well as on the cleaners schedule.

9. What time is check out? Can I arrange late check out? Check out is 12pm. Late check out may be arranged in advance or arrival. This will depend on other guests checking in that day as well as on the cleaners schedule. Guests who fail to depart as scheduled will be charged an extra days stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kelly (the owner) a message.

If Kelly (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
