This cottage wing adjoins the owners house which is situated in a stunning location within the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Ideally situated between Scarborough and Whitby for touring the local area or exploring the moors and coast line. Excellent walking and cycling from the doorstep. Horse riding, golf and fishing all available locally.

The property comprises of

Ground floor Living room, dining room/kitchen. Stairs to first floor 2 bedrooms 1 double 1 twin. Bathroom electric shower toilet.

Open fire in the living room initial fuel supplied ,bed linen and towels included.

Cot, high chair,dvd,microwave and washing machine. Indoor and out door games

Very large lawned garden and patio area with bbq fire pit out door seating area with great views during the day and prefect for star glazing at night Pick your own fresh eggs when avaiable

There is parking for two cars. Well behaved pets are welcome. Working farm plenty to see .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ingrid (the owner) a message.

If Ingrid (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
