Our apartment is situated in block 76 on Calle Atlantico, Phase One. Our luxury 2nd floor front line golf apartment offers the highest standard of accommodation, including two luxury bedrooms with beds which can be either four singles or zip linked together to make two king-size beds and include floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes. Each bedroom has very efficient remote control, tower fans for the warmer evenings. All bed linen and towels are provided but we would ask you to provide towels for the beach/pool. The generous living area is furnished in a contemporary style with a large luxurious leather sofa, a 37" TV, a DVD player, Digibox,CD player and Fire stick, not forgetting air conditioning in the lounge and Free WiFi. The lounge opens out onto a beautiful balcony which is furnished with seating for four around a glass coffee table and also a dining table and four chairs for more formal dining. The balcony boasts amazing views which stretch over the championship golf course and across to Sucina and the swimming pool, which is one of the largest swimming pools on the complex. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all of the modern appliances you would expect to find such as a cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, electric juicer and toaster. The bathroom includes a bidet, shower with shower screen and full size bath. Our apartment is a perfect retreat for relaxing with family and friends while enjoying alfresco dining on our balcony overlooking the 14th green and 15th tee. We provide sun loungers and sun chairs, a parasol and a cool box for you to use at the beach or the poolside! We have also acquired a travel cot and can supply other baby items on request. There are generous amounts of pools and children's play areas with the nearest pool directly below the apartment. There is a sports area with tennis courts, paddle courts and 5 a-side football pitch and outdoor gym. The Hacienda facilities include bars, restaurants, a golf pro shop and an excellent supermarket. The 18 hole Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus is a par 72 course built to professional standards. The course covers an area of 71 hectares and has a stunning mountain backdrop. Other golfing amenities include a driving range and pro-golf shop on the resort. Whilst staying at Hacienda Riquelme you are able to use the amenities and play at reduced rates at La Torre Golf Course, El Valle Golf Course or Mar Menor Golf Course. There is a separate charge of 80 euros which is paid directly to our keyholder at the end of your stay. This is for the preparation of your arrival at the apartment and cleaning at the end of your stay. Our keyholder will also be on hand to help with any enquiries you may have during your stay.

Why can't I call Alan (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alan (the owner) a message.

If Alan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
