The magnificent 'Villa El Palacete' offers the most luxurious level of holiday accommodation in extremely spacious surroundings. Located in the peaceful village of Guime, this prestigious, detached secluded villa with its private heated swimming pool is set in beautifully landscaped gardens with panoramic sea views. The villa has two Master Bedroom Suites each with their own en-suite bathrooms plus an additional 7 double bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The two beautifully equipped luxury kitchens open onto very spacious lounges furnished with an abundance of sofas and recliners enabling you to relax and enjoy the FOUR large flat screen TVs with full sky package (sports and movies) and a 75 inch TV in the downstairs lounge There are several patio doors leading from the lounge areas onto the spacious terraces where you will find a giant 7 seater HOT TUB Jacuzzi for that soothing, relaxing soak and massage, comfortable sun loungers and of course, a large heated pool. Free WIFI is available throughout the villa for keeping in touch with friends or that important business decision, In the games room we have an American pool table, table tennis table, and football table and just outside the terrace is a 64 Sq m three hole practice putting green. A X box games console is also in the lounge

Master Suite 1 is an enormous bedroom of 42m2 with double patio doors leading onto the pool and terrace area, a large 42" flat screen TV, walk in wardrobe and dressing room plus air con for your total comfort, its en-suite blank marbled bathroom eludes the utmost feeling of luxury rarely seen in your holiday home! This bedroom and bathroom has also been adapted for guests with mobility problems and wheelchair users.Master suite 2 has patio doors leading onto the balcony with outstanding sea views, 42" flat screen TV, ceiling fan, walk in wardrobe and its en-suite bathroom is spacious with twin sinks and a corner bath with overhead shower.All the bedrooms are spacious and have ample wardrobes and air conditioning, 5 bedrooms have large double beds and 1 bedroom has two single beds and 1 bedroom has 4 bunk beds. Bath towels are provided and changed twice weekly, bed linen is changed weekly and pool towels are provided for your use during your holiday. Cots and high chairs and two Z beds are available.The enormous but elegant black marbled en suite bathroom 1 has to be seen to be believed! It has a jacuzzi bath, overhead shower plus a separate shower area with seats of 5m2, twin sinks all set in black granite. This bathroom is also suitable for guests with mobility difficulties and wheelchair users.The black marbled bathrooms throughout the lower level of this villa offer a feeling of complete decadence with the highest level of luxury rarely seen in your holiday accommodation. There are a total of 9 bathrooms of which 7 are en-suite and 2 of the bathrooms have shower enclosures only (no bath). Bath towels are changed twice weekly.

On the pool terrace there is an outside Shower to cool off during the warmest of days and a 3 hole 64 Sq metre golf practise putting green.

Rates are for up to four persons staying in the villa. There is a charge of £268.00 for every extra person per week, up to twenty.

Terms:

Bookings are from 14.00 hrs. on day of arrival to 10.00 hrs. on day of departure (we can sometimes be flexible on this depending on incoming or outgoing guests).

A £500.00 per week deposit is payable on confirmation of bookings. Infants under 2 are charged at £35.00 per week

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Roy (the owner) a message.

If Roy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
