The alluring 40m² House "Kiko" features a run of light through the large glass doors to the veranda.

The spacious bright living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas.

Adjacent to the previous section describes is the functional kitchenette and dining table for 3 people.

The kitchen is equipped with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven with microwave function, refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and kettle.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x1x2m) and the attached bathroom with shower, heating, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, toilet, and washbasin.

Kiko still has a second single bed bedroom of 15m ² with its own separate entrance and bathroom with shower, heating, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, toilet and vanity.

Towels, bathrobes and bed linen are also available.

In addition to the large covered porch you can still appreciate the small secluded natural garden with 2 sun loungers to relax, a seating area for 4 people and a charcoal grill.

Facilities included are internet with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, radio and central heating. A communal washing machine, iron and ironing board are available in a laundry room.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
