Away from mass tourism, in a quiet, rural location, we offer a detached house in a class for up to four people. Your vacation home has a living space of 122 m² and is embedded in our good three-hectare farm; Your garden with subtropical plants, patio and barbecue area located on approximately 6000m² private property. Enjoy the magnificent view of the sea to the neighboring islands of La Gomera and La Palma. Here, in the west of Tenerife above the coastal towns of Los Gigantes and Playa de la Arena is actually the sun shines 350 days a year. Enjoy the calm location with adjoining nature reserve at 450 meters above sea level. Spend with us untroubled holiday, even in winter and fantastic sun. Enjoy your holiday with numerous activities, discover Tenerife cultural heritage and the gastronomic specialties Hurry neighboring Chío is only 3 km, you can place the so also reached by a walk. Facilities In our stand-alone holiday home can be found - aside from the magnificent view of the sea and the neighboring islands of La Gomera and La Palma - a fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, gas stove, microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker. Right next to the kitchen is the dining table overlooking the sea. In the lounge, take a seat on the comfortable couch, reading a book, enjoying music or a great movie will look on the 55 "flat screen in current LED technology - from the German satellite TV or a medium brought. The two bedrooms are bright, with fresh colors and modern furnishings; they invite you to relax. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom; there are respectively a spacious shower, a vanity unit with plenty of storage space and a toilet. One of the two bedroom / bathroom is, like the entire remaining estate, handicapped accessible. Outside the house you have a sun terrace, a terrace with table and barbecue, a private outdoor shower and a private viewing point, all set in a large sub-tropical garden. The terrace with barbecue offers a comfortable seating area and beautiful views of the fascinating environment. On the spacious sun terrace you can enjoy spectacular sunsets, depending on the season over the sea or over the neighboring islands. The private Lookout offers breathtaking views of coast, the Atlantic Ocean and neighboring islands. On our farm we live with Max and Emma, ​​our Dogs- protected by it and the access gates, you can feel safe and secure. The water comes in highest quality from a neighboring deep wells; the power we can supply us directly from the sun - in island mode and not connected to public utilities. In the few rainy days, and especially in the winter, it may lead to under-supply; for this case we have a diesel generator. Wine, fruit, vegetables and spices, we are planting for domestic use in your garden. If you want, you can buy these products fresh and ecologically safe with us. The mobile telephone network of Telefónica, Vodafone and other covers our Finca. Free internet access is obtained via LAN or WLAN in the context of fair usage. Our receiving antennas are set on the satellite ASTRA; They received thus including the relevant German radio and television programs. For the cold season you have a stove available. The fuel will be charged as required and consultation. We spoil you the moment you arrive with a good bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit from the region.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
