Comfortable homely bungalow.

Central heating by gas, and fitted carpets in the bedrooms. Spacious lounge with widescreen 'SMART' TV. Study/snug where you can read quietly, play with children or watch a DVD.

Large kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, radio and coffee maker. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and ironing facilities. Step down into the large conservatory set as dining area (ramp provided).

Bedroom 1: double bed.

Bedroom 2: twin beds (or superking) and en-suite shower room.

Bedroom 3: bunk beds.

Bedroom 4: king size bed and en-suite shower room.

Cots can be used in bedroom 2,3 or 4 (we have 2 cots)

Family bathroom with “whirlpool” bath and large low shower cubicle.

Patio, barbeque and garden furniture.

Large enclosed garden with sunny and shaded areas to relax or play.

Our guests use a key safe to gain access on arrival, then it does not matter what time you arrive. Christine, our manager will visit within 24 hours of arrival to meet you and check all is well. If you have any queries or issues during your stay, she is usually reachable by phone and can come and sort out problems.

Excellent time spent in Norfolk enhanced by the stay at Wylene. The house was lovely and everything was first class

Lovely bungalow, in a lovely area, well worth a visit! The bungalow was well equipped and the children loved the garden. We will be returning!

We very much enjoyed our stay at "Wylene" which was well equipped for the three generations of our family, with plenty of parking space, a large garden (mostly lawn), a badminton set and a selection of toys for young children. The welcome pack of local goodies was much appreciated.

This had everything we needed - well-equipped kitchen, good audio and Freeview TV plus wifi. Good-sized enclosed garden with toys and games for children. Sensible patio with chairs. Village location with one average pub within walking distance.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
