House ground floor Rio Tinto well situated 3 km from Porto. Close to cities, 4 km of beaches. Close to shops, 5 minutes walk from the supermarket, bakery facing terrace. 30m of the bus stop and 300 m from the underground. House tidy, friendly living room, kitchen, large dishes at home. 2 rooms overlooking the alley. Bathroom, toilet. Living room overlooking terrace with bay window very sunny 20m2 for full South .Terrasse with table, chairs, umbrellas, laundry ,. New bedding (including mattress cover not removable). TV with satellite dish, all French and international channels ... Parking in front of the house or parking at 30 m. You will be welcomed by the Portuguese host that you install, guide and prepare you with your circuits projects ... A firm booking of the house it will pay 25% of the full price of the stay plus 60 € of "household facilities ". We accept dogs if they are wise and clean. There is no smoking inside the home. The loud parties are prohibited. Respect for neighbors is mandatory.

House rules

Respect for neighbors ask not to make too much noise in the evening (11h max) In the day it is obvious that respect for people is evident. Especially since these people are very nice. Respect also for housing (all breakages must be replaced)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
