From the Greek for "One" - there is only one, and now you too can share the privacy and exclusivity afforded by this exquisite luxurious single-storey architect designed home, located in luscious gardens and enjoying stunning panoramic views over olive groves towards the White Mountains and the sea. This unique Cretan home, constructed and equipped to the highest specification, features a swimming pool that wraps around the villa and really has the WOW! factor.

As we were told by another property owner "this is too good to rent out" - but we do!

We have focused over 20 years of experience of staying in other people's villas to inform our design, and now offer you a villa constructed and equipped to the highest standards, suitable all year round for families and parties of all ages, and sleeping up to 6 plus an infant.

Our aim is to deliver first class accommodation for the independent traveller at affordable prices.

LATEST NEWS - solar-powered (eco-friendly) heating system installed in our mosaic-tiled pool. This raises the water temperature at no cost to yourselves or the environment and makes it even more pleasant to swim, particularly at the start and end of the season when sunshine is plentiful but the ambient temperature slightly lower than in the middle of summer.

Unlimited broadband internet access.

Single level accommodation throughout, level access to gardens and pool, extensive patio and seating areas, both open and shaded (stairs only to roof terrace) - but the views are stunning from everywhere ! Extra facilities for disabled guests include modified bathroom, grab rails, shower chair and raised toilet seat - please ask for details.

“Lovely and relaxing villa”

Villa Mia is a lovely villa. It has very good quality bathrooms, kitchen and electrical appliances. The villa was cleaned twice during our 10 day stay to a very high standard. The welcome pack was very handy and unlike most villas we have stayed at, hand washes, washing up liquid, cooking oil, condiments etc were also supplied. We had a very relaxing time and the villa was everything we had hoped for. The. Cooke Family

Lovely villa with all the facilities that you could wish for. The village is an easy downhill walk (quite steep coming back) with 4 tavernas and a couple of small shops. We would particularly recommend the one in the square, good food at a reasonable price. Plenty to do and see in the surrounding areas, if you can drag yourself away from the pool.

We had a fantastic family holiday, the villa had everything we could have wanted and made for a very comfortable stay.The area was very quiet and peaceful, had complete privacy and yet was a short stroll into the village where there were 4 very good tavernas. A short scenic drive to the nearest beach and plenty of other things to do nearby.

This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Mia which, I think, says it all! I cannot recommend it highly enough - it is clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in many holiday homes over the years and this is the best.

How do damage deposits work?
