Our holiday home is situated within a small holiday village, just 15 minutes from Bodrum airport. The site is located on the Bodrum peninsula between Guvercinlik and Gulluk in a secluded quiet bay. Our apartment is ideal for families with 2 or 3 children but can accommodate more people - please enquire for more details. It is equally suitable for 1 or 2 couples. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area has large glass sliding doors which lead onto the balcony which has beautiful views. The balcony is the perfect place to relax, eat and watch the sunset.The fully equipped kitchen has a gas and electric hob, electric oven, extractor fan, kettle, cafetiere, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. We have provided some store cupboard items to start you off. All cleaning materials, washing powder and toilet paper are provided so all you need to buy is some food or eat out! There is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. Cleaning & laundry - fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. A washing machine is available for guests' use. The apartment will be cleaned on arrival and departure and for stays of two weeks or more a weekly clean is included. Should you wish a mid-week clean during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional charge - please contact us for costs. Please bring your own pool and beach towels. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a double bed with a single bed above. Enjoy a sea view from both bedrooms, one having sliding doors opening on to the sea-facing balcony. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes with drawers, bedside tables and lamps. They are also equipped with fans and mosquito nets if are required. Bodrum town is about 30 minutes away by car or you can take the Dolmus (minibus) which leaves every hour in peak season.
Why not start off the day by walking to the sea for a swim. Afterwards, if you are tired, then jump on a chauffeur driven golf buggy to our apartment and enjoy breakfast on the balcony, admiring the views. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. In the afternoon, relax by the pools, let the children make new friends at the Mini Club and sample the food and drink at the Cafe/Bar. Have a late afternoon swim in the large 300m2 pool which is lovely and warm as it captures the heat of the sun all day. In the evenings play "Okey" or Backgammon in the Cafe area. If you do not want to escape from emails and the internet then there is free wi-fi access in the Cafe area. We also have wi-fi in the apartment. Both bedrooms and living room have uninterrupted sea views. In the pools area the outdoor cafe is shaded should you wish to cool off and the indoor gym has air conditioning!
The apartment can provide a convenient base from which to visit the many sights and attractions in the area. We would recommend hiring a boat from Guvercinlik for the day and discover a secluded bay and swim in the crystal clear turquoise waters and enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. Alternatively, there is a vast array of activities to do and sites to visit in Bodrum. Day trips are also possible to Ephesus, the largest archaeological site in the world and the stunning pools at Pamukkale although to make the most of your visit then an overnight stay might be a good idea. Also recommended is a trip to the royal rock tombs at Dalyan and the Temple of Apollo at Didim. The complex has 24 hour security and all cars remain in the car park so that it is safe for children to walk about. Transport within the site, should you need it, is by chauffeur-driven golf carts. Airport transfers available on request and cost approximately £20-£25 each way. British passport holders require a visa - apply online. Only those guests named on the booking form may stay at the apartment.
PRICES
Please note, the prices calculated by Holiday Lettings may be grossly inaccurate. Please contact us for correct prices. Shorter rentals are available during mid and low season. Please contact us for discounted monthly rates. We are flexible on arrival and departure dates. 10% discount for late bookings (less than 2 weeks before arrival). A security deposit of £150.00 is taken prior to arrival to cover damage/breakages and will be returned after departure inspection and return of keys. Cancellations: Guests cancelling or if the balance is not paid on time, the booking deposit (including the booking fee) cannot be refunded. If the balance payment is not received at least two weeks before the holiday starts, the booking will be automatically cancelled. If the guest pays the full balance on time, they can receive: a 50% refund of the total cost (minus the booking fee) if they cancel at least eight weeks before check-in and a 25% refund of the total cost (minus the booking fee) if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.
