Bookings must be confirmed by a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental and an email will be sent confirming receipt of the deposit. The remainder is payable no longer than 30 days prior to the commencement of the stay; at the same time, a damages deposit of £300 is also payable, refundable within 7 days of departure, dependent upon inspection.
During the high season, changeover days are flexible; during off-peak seasons, please check with the owner.
A cleaning service is provided on change-over days and mid stay. Any extra service can be arranged between the client and the caretaker at the clients' cost.
Bed linen, towels (not beach towels) and kitchen linen are provided. Bed linen is changed every Saturday of a stay; towels and kitchen linen are changed every Saturday and Wednesday.

Upper Floor: You will find the spacious, relaxing master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, king-sized bed, satellite TV with DVD player, a window overlooking the surrounding landscape and a French door leading into a sunny terrace with a breakfast table and chairs and sublime views.
There are also two comfortable twin bedrooms served by a family bathroom.
Lower Floor: A wide and easy staircase leads to a 72 sq.m sitting/dining room area with a window and two French windows leading into the garden and swimming pool.
The sitting room is a light and airy living space with a large screen, HD satellite TV with DVD/video player and recorder and 4-column stero sound. There is also internet access.
The dining room has seating for 12 and has a double-sided, glass-enclosed log fire serving both the dining and sitting rooms.
There is a family wash-room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an American two-door fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, washing and drying machines, double wall-oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric coffee machine, various electrical kitchen gadgets and a large selection of china, glass, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a radio/CD player.

The garden and swimming pool area has frontal views down the valley to the coast and, apart from attracting the sun for most of the day, can enjoy glorious sunsets. You will find garden dining furniture with a large parasol and several cushioned and pool recliners. ; also an automatic awning.

The small but well-landscaped garden has mature flowering shrubs and plants, including bougainvillea and roses, and is regularly maintained by a gardener.
The swimming pool, 6 x 4 metres and 1.5 metres deep, is surrounded by decking with a beach-style shower next to it and is also maintained weekly by a gardener.
