Description

Newly converted Barn, this stunning 2 Bedroom property all on one level has a great sunny rear garden and sun terrace with private parking and a lockable shed for cycles etc. Recently awarded the AA 5star certification the property offers Underfloor heating throughout with cosy log burner for the Winter months and fully equipped dining kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, cooker and hob. Flat Screen TV and wifi throughout. All bedding and towels provided along with soaps and shampoo and a great little welcome pack. There is a hairdryer and iron onsite.

Ideally located for walking on the Yorkshire Wolds Way and exploring the Yorkshire countryside. Happy to allow well behaved dogs. Lies between York and the Coast so take your pick as to which way you venture or stay local enjoy stunning scenery and local cuisine in proper old fashioned country pubs.

Public transport is limited so a car is necessary.

In order to comply with govt guidelines there is a lock box where a key is now left for guests to check in without face to face contact. We have also widened our check in times to allow more cleaning time in between guests. Check in is now 4pm and check out is 9am

“Fabulous walking area”

A very comfortable cottage on the Yorkshire Wolds Way. With wifi, a pretty little garden and plenty of hot water - everything one needs at the end of a day of walking or cycling around the area!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sharon (the owner) a message.

If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
