Gîte ô pré is located in the heart of Normandy, in Pays de Bray, 800m from the AVENUE VERTE, 6 km from Forges les eaux, 12 km from Neufchatel en Bray, 40 km from Rouen and 45km from Dieppe. Located in an old farmhouse of the 19th century, on 1.5 hectares of pastures with a large pond and a quarry for horses, you will find the CALM of the countryside near the city. This cottage of PLAIN-FOOT, ACCESSIBLE TO HANDICAPS, was created in a barn entirely renovated respecting the local architecture (bricks jointed with old and roofing in slates). Its environment benefits from the ecological classification "Natura 2000". The old charm of the facades has been harmoniously combined with an interior MODERN and functional. Bay windows in each room brings a great brightness to this place. Oriented South / East, WITHOUT OPPOSITE you will appreciate its terrace of 35m2, its garden of 500m2 and its privative carpark. Outdoor ping-pong table and barbecue. The open kitchen equipped (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, freezer, washing machine), overlooking the dining room / lounge with flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi connection. A large room with bathroom and toilet, accessible to people with reduced mobility, 2 beds of 90x200 can be contiguous to a large bed 180x200. 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 with 1 bed 90x190 bunk), second small bathroom and separate wc. Getting around

The car is recommended, the green avenue is 800 meters so it is also possible to make beautiful bike rides from the cottage, for more sporting the avenue from the cottage goes to the sea in Dieppe .

We live in the same farm as the cottage, so we are available to our tenants without encroaching on their private portion, each has its garden, its parking lot.

“Lovely house, stunning region”

We have spent one week in this lovely house very well maintained by a great person - Karine. She was extremely careful with all our needs and did her best to make us feel like home. The surrounding is stunning and every village looks like a fairy tail. We warmly recommend this house to everyone who is interested to visit Normandy and its beauties. Thanks a lot Karine

A very comfortable, well equipped and clean gite. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We had days out at the coast, Rouen, Giverny, and Gerberoy and ran/ walked parts of the Avenue Vert which is nearby. We had beautiful weather all week and ate all our meals outside in the secluded garden. The area is very quiet and peaceful but only 10 minutes drive to the supermarket and local town. Highly recommended.

“Peace and quiet”

An excellent cottage, modern, spotlessly clean,and a lovely family keen to try out their English.The french windows in the main bedroom had views over the French countryside . We didnt see the deer that lived in the nearby wood, but we did see a wild boar running across the next door field, closely followed by an inquisitive herd of cows.The whole area is very quiet and peaceful and the property is set down its own track off a typical french country lane.Nearby is the avenue vert , a cycle path and bridleway that runs we were told from Paris to London. The owners live in another part of the site and were friendly but discrete but would help with any suggestions for days out etc.The cottage was exceptionally clean and furnished to a very high standard and being able to try out our French was a bonus .An excellent week which even the unsettled weather didn`t spoil.
