Gîte ô pré se situe au cœur du bocage normand, en Pays de Bray, à 800m de l'AVENUE VERTE, à 6 km de Forges les eaux, 12 km de Neufchatel en Bray, 40 km de Rouen et 45km de Dieppe. Implanté dans un ancien corps de ferme du 19ème siècle, sur 1,5 hectare de pâtures, vous y trouverez le CALME de la campagne à proximité de la ville.

Ce gîte de PLAIN-PIED, ACCESSIBLE AUX HANDICAPES, a été créé dans une grange entièrement rénovée en respectant l'architecture locale (briques jointoyées à l'ancienne et toiture en ardoises). Son environnement bénéficie du classement écologique « Natura 2000 ». Le charme ancien des façades s'est harmonieusement allié à un aménagement INTERIEUR MODERNE et fonctionnel. Des baies vitrées dans chaque pièce apporte une très grande luminosité à ce lieu. Orienté Sud/Est, SANS VIS A VIS vous apprécierez sa terrasse de 35m2 , son jardin de 500m2 et son parking privatif. Table de ping-pong extérieur et barbecue.

La cuisine ouverte équipée (lave-vaisselle, plaques vitrocéramiques, four, micro-onde, congélateur, lave-linge), donnant sur la salle à manger/salon avec TV écran plat, lecteur DVD, connexion wifi.

Une grande chambre avec salle d'eau et wc personnels, accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite, 2 lits séparés de 90x200 pouvant être accolés en un grand lit de 180x200.

1 chambre (2 lits 90x190), 1 chambre (1 lit 140x190 avec 1 lit 90x190 superposé), deuxième petite salle d'eau et wc séparés. Draps fournis. Equipement bébé à disposition (lit et chaise haute). Chauffage électrique en sus.Taxe de séjour en sus (1,50€ par personne par nuité).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karine (the owner) a message.

If Karine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
