From the owner

Villa Happy Holiday is located at only 2 minutes' drive from the sea. Surrounded by LEMON-tree fields and ORANGE trees filling the air with their fragrance, this bright Villa is on two levels with spacious verandas all around. There is also a terrace with views and a beautiful garden with a big swimming pool and a well-equipped solarium.

The ground floor comprises a kitchen equipped with dish-washer and everything needed for self-catering with an adjacent utility room equipped with washing machine, sink and closet. Comfortable living room and sitting-room with fireplace belonging to the latest generation. Numerous framed doors and windows make the rooms very bright and charming.

The floor on the second level is comprised of 4 bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom (with shower), 1 bedroom for kids with two bunk beds (suitable for adults too) and a bathroom (with shower).

All rooms have a separate, independent way out to the balconies and verandas from which you can reach a staircase leading onto the terrace.

Nearby there is a Village called Cassibile where you can find lots of supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, shops but also banks and cash-machines. You will definitely love our local food and wine !

It will be a pleasure for me to be useful and helpful, providing advice to my guests and information on the places to visit. Furthermore, I will always be available during the entire stay on both what'sapp and telephone ... all the contact means will be available to my guests as well as the password for a free and unlimited Wifi. Dear Adrian, thanks ! I am glad my guests appreciate the large swimming pool located near the living-room and the beautiful garden. Thanks, Adrian for appreciating my attitudes to my guests. I do think a host must always be attentive, friendly, helpful and make his/her guests feel at home !! As you know, the toilet was a bit smelly because of a sudden, unexpected leakage. Such iussues can happen in the homes of the best families. Though, I called the plumber as soon as you let me know about that. Once again sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for letting me know, Adrian ! Actually we are very attentive to the comfort of the beds and also the standards of cleaning. That’s the very first time I hear that ! Dear Adrian, just let me remind you that you came at the end of September, in Autumn ! You should have come in the summer months if you wanted Cassibile (a village by the sea) to be less “quiet” I am sorry to hear that but how many restaurants within walking distance did you expect? The village of Cassibile is full of restaurants; of course not all of them can be located next door ! Though all you were supposed to do was read the characteristics of my property on the Tripadvisor website. All my previuos 5-star reviews rating my property are proof of how much my guests appreciate my place. I will continue to do my best to ensure a wonderful experience for my guests. Why can't I call Marcello (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Marcello (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marcello (the owner) a message.

If Marcello (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
