Summary :

The villa of 35 m2 is located at 1 minute walk from the sea and close to transport facilities and shopping centers. It includes a large air conditioned bedroom ( 2 single beds or 1 large king size bed), seperate equipped kitchen and a big verandah with green garden view. The villa is fully equipped and furnished.

It is furnished and equipped with a micro-wave, kettle, italian coffee maker,fridge, cutlery, utensils,washing machine, iron, TV, safebox , air conditioner operating from 7 p.m to 7 a.m daily, ceiling fan , gas stove, warm water for bath. Bedsheets made of 100% cotton and bath towels are provided. A first rated mattress is provided for nice soothing sleep. Compound equipped with CCTV camera.

Free Wifi is available.
