Enjoy total freedom and comfort with family and friends in this delightful, home from home, self contained log chalet with good Wifi, fitted to the highest specification in Filzmoos, an enchanting village in the Austrian Amade region. This stunning chalet offers the following ;- very well equipped kitchen and appliances, including dishwasher, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with ample seating for 6, bunk room with 2 bunk beds, beautiful soft furnishings, oak floors throughout and a 40" flat screen TV. An elevated, private balcony/terraced area measuring 30sq meters approx with dining / sofa area provides a wonderful space for guests in winter or summer to enjoy fantastic views into the valley and watch the sun setting whilst enjoying a glass of wine or a nice cold beer ! The approx internal measurements of this chalet are 80sq meters approx giving plenty of room for 6 people.

Perfectly situated for summer holidays Filzmoos offers a weekly program of events including organised walks and hikes of varying difficulty to suit all abilities including children and challenging downhills for mountain bikers whilst enjoying fresh alpine air. You can also enjoy swimming, horse riding and trekking in the mountains, golf at a nearby championship course, tennis and visiting the numerous local historical places of interest. The Wanderbus does a loop of the surrounding area so you can pop on and off where the fancy takes you.

There are nursery facilities for guest children at the Filzmoos Ski School.

There is a shuttle transfer in the winter organized by Reisen Habersatter from Radstadt, it can be booked easily online and costs approx €59.00 per person return.

There are 9 ski resorts within 15mins drive where you can use your 'Ski Amande' lift pass including:- Filzmoos, Flachau, Zauchensee- Flachauwinkl, Eben, Altenmarkt.

Bedankt voor je opmerkingen; - sommige ben ik het mee eens en sommige niet. Augustus 2021 was helaas een koude en onaangename maand, dus ik bood je de mogelijkheid om de verwarming aan te zetten tegen een kleine meerprijs per dag, aangezien onze zomerprijzen meestal geen verwarming van het chalet bevatten. Let op: onze winterprijzen zijn inclusief verwarming. U kiest ervoor om deze optie niet te nemen en realiseerde zich dat het koud was voor de tijd van het jaar. Ik zette de verwarming elke ochtend een paar uur aan en 's avonds een paar uur en verwarmde het chalet tot ongeveer 20 graden, wat volgens mij een acceptabele temperatuur is gedurende de zomer. Ik denk dat dit redelijk was, het chalet 's ochtends en' s avonds verwarmen, maar bij nader inzien vind ik het nodig om onze zomerprijzen iets te verhogen om in de toekomst koud weer mogelijk te maken om te voorkomen dat dit probleem zich opnieuw voordoet. We houden vochtabsorbeerders in de stapelbedkamer, omdat deze heel dicht bij de keuken is en gasten de ramen niet openen tijdens het koken, waardoor er overtollig vocht ontstaat en helaas heeft onze schoonmaker ze nooit geleegd, omdat het een taak is die ik normaal doe. Vanwege covid kan ik bijna 2 jaar niet naar Filzmoos reizen, dus mijn excuses hiervoor. Ik ben het ermee eens dat de 2 slaapkamers vrij donker zijn, maar ze hebben wel een raam en ze bevinden zich aan de achterkant en zijkant van het hoofdgebouw. Ik veronderstel dat het licht in het chalet, de keuken en de eetkamer afhangt van de lichtniveaus buiten en ik heb deze gebieden nooit donker gevonden, maar mogelijk heeft dit vanwege de regen en het slechte weer invloed gehad op deze gebieden. Ik hoop dat dit de verwarmingsproblemen verklaart die je had en zoals gezegd zullen we wat verwarming in de zomer opnemen als de temperatuur koud is, maar dit zal worden weerspiegeld in de huurkosten voor de zomer van 2022.
