Rent a beautiful apartment in a renovated farmhouse at 5 minutes from Lake Annecy and its picturesque beaches. Very nice place, ideal for exploring Annecy and its surroundings as well as the mountains and ski resorts. Living-kitchen, two rooms (one with 1 bed 160, the other with 1 bed 140), 1 mezzanine (2 beds 90 or 1 bed 180 to specify at the time of reservation) with en full bathroom, 1 other bathroom, 1 WC, private parking, garden with barbecue, chairs, table, parasol, deckchairs and chairs. To ensure a comfortable stay, this property is equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, raclette and fondue, but also hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, flat screen television, internet .... Many arrangements are available in rooms and at the entrance. Beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen is provided!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Isabelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
