A beautiful Grade II cottage with original features and beams, in the lovely hamlet of Brunthwaite. close to Ilkley and Skipton. Very well equipped to make your stay special. For up to 5 guests plus infant with 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 1 single (and 1 cot if required).. Also we accept a well behaved pet by arrangement. If you like walking we are in lovely countryside and for a short drive you can visit many places like, Haworth, steam railways, Skipton, Ilkley, Harrogate, York, and lots of other places of interest within easy range. I supply for your use all bed linen,(if using our cot please bring your own cot bedding) lots of towels, kitchen towels, tea towels, basic condiments, a selection of teas, sugar, sweeteners, ground & instant coffee, a selection of cereals, loo rolls, washing liquids/tabs, fresh milk and bread on arrival, gas, electric & water costs . The kitchen is very well equipped with slow cooker, microwave, kettle, cafetiere,Tassimo coffee/drinks maker and a few various pods, mixer, , mini chopper, toaster, gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, lots of cutlery, crockery, glassware, dishes, mixing bowls, pans,& wok, Also for warmer days there is a Weber charcoal kettle bbq for your use. The lounge has a large sat freeview TV, DVD player, bedroom 1 has freeview tv & dvd unit, beds 1 & 2 have radio/alarm clocks. There is a high chair and a cot available if required. Bedroom 3 has the combo boiler in a cupboard in the corner of the room and a condenser type tumble drier. Also this room has sloping ceiling so is more suitable for children. It also has a fixed non opening window for safety.

Vac, brushes, mop etc. for your use. The front of the cottage has a nice patio area with chairs and table and bench for your sundowners or morning coffee. A Weber kettle bbq is available. There is also off road parking for up to 3 cars.

For longer stays:- 8 to 13 nights is pro rata the weekly rate. For 4 weeks plus we offer a discount on the weekly rate. for long term rentals please ask for a quotation.

We regularly have longer stay guests who are for example in between houses sale/purchase or having renovations that mean they need to move out of their home for a short period.
