CHIETENO è uno splendido casale toscano, posizionato su una collina, circondato da boschi, con incantevole vista sulla campagna toscana. La struttura si sviluppa su due livelli , con una caratteristica torretta raggiungibile da scala interna; è circondata da un ampio parco con piscina ed internamente è stata accuratamente ristrutturata mantenendo il sapore originario, con solai con travi a vista e pavimenti in cotto. L'arredamento è funzionale ed elegante.
Il casale, essendo stato in origine suddiviso in appartamenti, offre ai propri ospiti alcuni gradevoli soggiorni con camino, per un relax più “privato” e pratici cucine/angoli cottura accessoriati, nonché una grande e caratteristica grande sala soggiorno-pranzo, di circa 80mq, con importante camino ed attigua cucina attrezzata.
All’ingresso del grande salone è presente un portico arredato con tavoli e sedie, ideale per pranzi e cene all’aperto. Casale Chieteno è una struttura ideale per gruppi che intendono condividere una vacanza e, allo stesso tempo, mantenere la propria privacy.
Il casale ha una superficie di 500 mq circa e si sviluppa su due livelli , con una caratteristica torretta raggiungibile da scala interna. E’ suddiviso in sei appartamenti, può ospitare 20 persone, con 10 camere da letto e 9 bagni. E’ possibile aggiungere fino a 6 posti letto.
Riscaldamento autonomo, TV Sat, WIFI, barbecue, parcheggio.
Su richiesta organizziamo pranzi e cene tipiche, corsi di cucina, matrimoni ed eventi di vario tipo, tour turistici, enogastronomici ecc.
Affittando l’intera struttura gli ospiti avranno l’ uso esclusivo della villa, del parco e della piscina.

VILLA CHIETENO, is a splendid property of about 500 square metres built on two levels with a tower comprising the third, is located near the attractive medieval village of Cetona, just an hour's drive from important centres such as Florence, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi and Roma. The property is surrounded by a large park with swimming pool and the interior has been elegantly restructured maintaining the original flavour with wooden ceilings and tiled floors. The furniture is functional and elegant. The farmhouse, which was originally divided into apartments, offers guests wanting privacy pleasant living rooms with fireplaces and practical fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a large, characteristic, living/dining room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Near the property are to be found many fascinating and romantic places to visit for never to be forgotten evenings in the typical restaurants and bars of the area. Villa Chieteno is the ideal place for large groups wanting to share a holiday and at the same time maintain their privacy.
PARK: the property is surrounded by a large park of about 5.000 sqm overlooking a fantastic panorama in which to spend an unforgettable holiday. Right out of the living area there is a wonderful portico furnished with tables and chairs ideal to dine outside.
SWIMMING POOL:14 x 7 m swimming pool and 1,50 m deep, in a panoramic position. Open from the first week of May till the first week of October.
INTERIORS: on the ground floor is a large living room (about 60 sqm) with fireplace, two double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and bathroom with tub. Also on the ground floor, with separate entrance from outside, is a large room of more than 80 sqm that can be used for dining; this room leads to a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. An external staircase leads to the first floor, with four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with private bathroom (one with tub and four with shower) and various sitting areas with fireplace. A spiral staircase leads up to the top floor of the tower with another double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. NB: All the rooms can, if necessary, be single or double and it is possible to add sofa beds or single beds up to a maximum of 6 extra beds (at extra charge of €140 per person per week)
