From the owner

Church Farmhouse is a stunning farmhouse with its own private garden set in a small village near the picturesque market town of Eye in Suffolk. The perfect spot from which to explore both the Suffolk and Norfolk countryside and coastline. The house is situated next to the historic church of Brome. It is a fantastic house for groups of friends or generations of families to have a get together. Many lovely local walks and a great area for cyclists too.

There is a wonderful farmhouse kitchen with large dining table to seat 14 plus plenty of reception rooms to relax in. There is one king bedroom, 3 double bedrooms, one twin, one triple and one single to sleep a maximum of 14 (plus two travel cots if required). Three bathrooms and two separate loo's. There is plenty of space to have fun or just relax in the large enclosed gardens. A large gas bbq is provided. Ample parking space in it's own gated driveway.

It also has its own games room with snooker table and 42' TV!

Beds are all made with towels provided as is all heating and electricity. Free WIFI is available.

Ground Floor:

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jo (the owner) a message.

If Jo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
