Solar da Vila is a house built in 1922. It has been fully renovated and its original interiors and exterior preserved, to bring you the perfect mix between old and new. The interior is fully furnished and carefully curated, and it includes several paintings made by Filipe Patricio, a portuguese artist.
The house consists of two independent apartments, Solar da Vila II and Solar da Vila I, (ground floor and first floor). It has a large garden, a seasonal salt pool, outside support bathroom, private parking, and is located at the heart of the city of Estarreja, a city situated between Aveiro and Porto in Portugal. The house is also situated 16km away from the nearby beach of Torreira.
Solar da Vila II (located on the ground floor of the house), has a common room with cable TV, a common bathroom, three suites with private bathroom, a kitchen with a good dining area and equipped with all appliances, including dishwasher and coffee machine. It has Wi-Fi in all indoor and outdoor spaces.
They can also use the washing machine, which is located in the garden annex.
The outdoor space has a large garden, a barbecue, a seasonal saltwater swimming pool, toilet, leisure area and 6 bicycles. Guest Capacity: 8 people.
Guests have access to a closed space to store bicycles or other equipment they bring.
The outdoor space of Solar da Vila II is the only area shared with Solar da Vila I (1st floor of the house).
At a mere 2,5km from Estarreja you can find Bioria, a natural ecosystem with a wide biodiversity of both fauna and flora, where is located the Environmental Interpretation Center (in Salreu). Here the visitors can engage in several activities: birdwatching, pathways into nature that you can make by foot or bicycle, guided tours via an electric car and sightseeying on a trolley pulled by a horse (previous appointment needed).
