The apartment has been totally renovated and furnished to a very good standard with all mod cons and is fully air conditioned for your comfort, with a large double bedroom and a double sofa bed. Leading from the living room there is a spacious balcony, with stunning sea and mountain views. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs for four people to enable you to dine al fresco in comfort with a nice bottle of the local wine. FIBRE OPTIC WIFI IN THE APARTMENT IS NOW INCLUDED, not all apartments have this.There is a SAFE INCLUDED in the apartment rental for your convenience.

The apartment also benefits from three swimming pools, one of the two large pools is heated and there is a further toddlers pool, perfect for smaller children. SPECIAL OFFER FOR SUMMER 2020 - £15 PER PERSON, PER DAY FOR THE THIRD AND FOURTH PERSON SHARING THIS APARTMENT sorry, but the standard cleaning prices still apply.

Altamira is a front line sea complex leading straight onto the famous Del Duque beach, where you are able to relax on their lovely beach loungers which you can purchase for a small fee.The apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local markets for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

This apartment is ideal for families, with plenty to do in the surrounding areas during your stay.

Good complex next to beach and short walk to a range of restaurants, bars and shops. Apartment is very well equipped for 2/3 people with a balcony over looking pool and great views of sea. Everything you need for a good holiday.

Great little apartment.. Right near the front. The complex is nice and clean .We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we would improve is the shower, Its far to small.

“Perfect ”

Altamira complex is quiet and calm. Apt is ideally located to reception, beach, local supermarket, bars and restaurants. Although not overlooking the pool, we preferred the mountain and sea view with the sunny balcony from morning until late afternoon. Carmen keeps the apt in pristine condition and is very welcoming. Buses are easy to use but walks to La Caleta and Los Cristianos along the coast are just as easy and recommended. Don’t hesitate to book this apt, you will not be disappointed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Janet (the owner) a message.

If Janet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
