With stunning unspoilt views of the spectacular sunrise over the countryside towards El Roque and the mountains beyond, Casa Serena is a modern, well equipped 2 bedroom first (top) floor apartment with large private balcony and roof terrace. Free high speed Wi-Fi. Free safe. Free underground parking.

The property is in the highly sought after Cotillo Country building located at the edge of this unspoilt fishing village. Conveniently located a the supermarket and just a few minutes stroll to the centre of the village with it's harbours, restaurants and tapas bars. The lovely golden sandy beaches are a mere 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment has a large, modern open plan living area. The kitchen has a full sized oven and hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining table and four chairs.

The living area has comfortable seating for four. 50inch Smart TV with NetflixS

Both bedrooms have king size beds consisting of two separate mattresses within a single frame. Ample wardrobe space, drawers and bedside cabinets. Windows have both shutters and fly screens.

The bright and airy bathroom has a large walk-in shower, WC, basin and shelving. Hand, bath and beach towels provided.

Outside, the large balcony is accessed from the lounge and is equipped with rattan furniture for outdoor dining or simply relaxing, taking in the beautiful views. A spiral staircase leads to the large private roof terrace with spectacular views to the mountains and the coastline up towards the lighthouse. You will find rattan sunbeds, cool box/coffee table and a two seater dining set, as well as cushions and a parasol.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mark and Jackie (the owner) a message.

If Mark and Jackie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
